Upgraded High Speed Internet (WiFi) Makes Working Remotely a Breeze. Cable/Streaming HDTV’s (2) keep you up to date on your favorite shows, movies, news, & sports. Speaking of sports - swim laps in the oversized pool (unheated), walk or bike through the peaceful neighborhood, and of course - golf on the executive course out back!

Centrally located just minutes from Downtown Fort Myers off the famously palm-lined McGregor Blvd, and equally as close in the other direction to the Open & amazingly beautiful beaches on Sanibel Island & Fort Myers Beach. The Boating Community of Cape Coral is even closer via a short drive over the scenic Caloosahatche River for even more dining, shopping, and fun.

All linens are provided. Pool floats & beach chairs too. We even offer complimentary coffee, water and spa-like soaps, shampoos & lotions to help get your stay off to a great start.

Total number of guests must be given at time of booking. No additional guests above that number will be permitted without prior approval. No pets & no smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in home and/or anywhere on the property. The above will be verified during stay & penalties for violations will be pursued. The house was absolutely stunning and the pool was the perfect way to cool off. We loved spending our days relaxing by the water. The check-in process was also a breeze, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this house to others.

This home is in a very nice neighborhood overlooking a golf course. The three bedrooms were large. Master bed is very comfortable. We didnt use the others. There's a keurig and regular coffee pot. Kitchen has all items needed to cook. Pool was relaxing. We would definitely consider renting from the friendly and very efficient owner again while in the area. .

If I could give 10 stars I would. We came for baseball tournament. Had a great time. Kid could relax in the pool after pitching. House was clean and had everything you need. Very good location close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet safe neighborhood. Just great for the family.

My parents and my daughter and I stayed for two nights while visiting other family. This house was exactly as described - perfect for meals at the house! The little den area was so cozy and perfect for my daughter to watch tv and play. Loved the pool! There are plenty of towels and outdoor places to sit- excellent value. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!

Very nice quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable. I enjoyed my morning swims and walks. We had come to visit with family. restaurants located close by. All wonderful. Great location to get over to Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach. When we come back over for visits, we’d love to stay there.

We Chose to stay at this amazing property in Fort Myers through VRBO. So many positives about this place. The layout of the home was amazing, the view from beyond the pool is beautiful, looking over a golf course and the location in Fort Myers is super! The home itself was very well equipped, and very spacious. The hosts were amazing, being responsive and accommodating to our special needs. I would highly recommend everything about this property.

Overall -- excellent. Wish the pool was warmer! But still swam some laps. TV control and use was easy. Beds, furniture, kitchen was all good. (due to calcium buildup in coffee pots, I cleaned both of these with vinegar) It was nice to have use of the garage.

In town for a 4-day baseball tournament with 3 teens - The pool was refreshing and the space was great for relaxing after a long day on the field. Clean, comfortable, roomy. It was one of the best Vrbo experiences for the type of stay we were seeking.

The house had all the normal stuff plus so many extras (pool towels, beach and tailgating chairs, juicer, laundry stain spray, etc). We were staying there for a baseball tournament and the location was central to all the fields. House was clean and photos were accurate. Property manager was very accommodating with our check in and check out. Just a great experience!
