Enjoy the rich history of Old Julian in this Charming cottage built in 1904 by F.L. Blanc, Julian's first preacher. Its beautiful antique décor will delight you. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, original clawfoot tubs in both bathrooms and a modern kitchen. This charming cottage was lovingly restored to give you modern day luxury and the comfort of years gone by.

The primary suite is complete with a king size bed, lavishly adorned for the most comfortable slumber and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom is complete with an original 1891 hand carved murphy bed that will entice your guests (Full Bed)

The large back deck overlooks the spacious fenced backyard and Mainstreet Downtown Julian's shops and dining, against the beautiful mountain background. Come and enjoy everything this historic town has to offer in our cottage that has been lovingly restored to give you modern day luxury and the comfort of years gone by.

As a booking guest you understand and agree that If a pet is brought on site there will be an additional $500.00 clean and sterilization fee (No exception)

This cottage is a historic property and is not set up for parties and no more than 4 people at most.

This quiet neighborhood has a noise curfew firmly in place. Please, no outside noise or inside loud music or tv, before 8am and after 9pm.

Please be prepared with tire chains during high storm conditions, there not always needed but at times, it’s required.

I enjoy the quietness for inspiration and renewal as well as a daily stroll thru town and some venturing to area attractions. Steve is an EXCELLENT Jost.

We loved our stay at this property. Cottage had everything we could possibly need, including snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. Comfortable bed and beautiful back deck. It was a quick walk to all of the stores and restaurants in town...which we loved. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute cottage. Enjoyed the step back in time with antique furniture everywhere including the very cozy bathrooms. The only thing we did not like was the Murphy bed, cute but not very comfortable. But it was manageable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck at night and look at the beautiful starlit sky. Another great feature was the location with just a few steps from Main Street. We would definitely recommend staying at this location. The host Steve was very kind and pleasant. Rating at 10 out of 10.

We stayed for christmas and had a great time! We brought out kids (4 & 7) and they thought this place was awesome. We had everything we needed there for cooking, etc. Main Street Julian was only a short walk down the street too. I would absolutely recommend staying, we plan on coming again. It's worth the price.

This is such a beautiful property. It is conveniently located within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Julian and just a short drive to other things to do in Julian. The property is very clean and quaint, and we especially really enjoyed the mixed of modern amenities with the antique decor. This is a property I would love to stay at again the next time we visit Julian. The check-in process was a breeze, and we really appreciated the owner's flexibility in allowing us to check-in early. This property rocks!

We stayed at this darling two bedroom home for a two night stay. It was one block off Main Street, walking distance to downtown. It was quaint, clean, well decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. They even had snacks and drinks as well as chocolates in the bedrooms. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Every detail of the home was meticulously thoughtful and intentional. We instantly fell in love with the house and were charmed by the many conveniences, courtesy items, and quaintness of style and design. While it maintains it's historic integrity, modernizations make this home accessible and relevant. The location sits perfectly nestled just a block behind the busy downtown of Julian. Everything is walkable and we couldn't have had a better place to stay for our trip. My now husband and I stayed there and got married this weekend in Julian and we were able to walk to our venue. We hope to come back to this slice of heaven someday soon.

This is the perfect Julian location to feel like a local and explore the town on foot. We’ve stayed in Julian many times and this is by far our favorite. The historic house is charming and the neighborhood was quiet. The location is perfect - one block from Main Street. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed - shampoo, coffee, and restaurant/activity recommendations. It was perfect for a getaway weekend.

This adorable, cozy, cottage is located one block from town. We walked to shop, eat, and even to tour the Eagle Gold Mine! Steve was the perfect host. He made instructions easy, and provided a helpful notebook of suggestions for the area. The drinks, snacks, hot cocoa, coffees, and teas was a nice touch too! All in all the perfect weekend getaway location!!

Nice combination of historic meets modern. Owner Steve is a contractor and knows what he is doing. Nice blend. However, take precautions if you bring younger kids, as there are a few breakables in the entry area. Would definitely like to visit again. Maybe catch some snow next time.

I did my research and this great vacation rental did not disappoint. Super clean, historic, but with all the modern conveniences. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen, good TVs with Directv and good Wifi. The best part was how close to downtown Julian it was and also how secluded and quiet at the same time. We ate out, slept in and had a great time.

We loved our stay in this cute little Julian cottage. It was beautifully decorated and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the thermostat kept everything comfortable in the day's heat. Tall folks need to watch their heads on the master bedroom doorway, but other than that everything was great. I especially loved sitting on the deck or porch to drink coffee, read and relax. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Loved that Quecho was almost right next door. It's definitely worth a stop.
