Very good place to rent in Playa Blanca

The location was brilliant, facilities good, pool warm, good value for money.

Mattresses slightly hard, occasionally very noisy heat pump in garden.

lovely villa in a great location

lovely villa. More modern than the photos do it justice. Good sized pool. a great location from the marina which has great restaurants and places to drink. A nice walk to the main resort of Playa Blanca of about 15-20 minutes, but we prefer the marina.

nothing negative but would have liked nicer wine glasses. But that is such a minor gripe and no dishwasher. Neither of which would ever prevent us from re-booking of course

Wonderful villa holiday.

The Villa is situated a 10 minute stroll from the Rubicon Marina with all it's bars and restaurants. The local supermarket is about an 8 minute walk. The villa is situated in a very quiet cul de sac with parking available on the road. The villa itself has a lovely pool, which kept our grandchildren who can both swim fully entertained. The bedrooms were large with plenty of storage and although fitted with air conditioning units we all choose to use the silent ceiling fans on hot nights. The kitchen and lounge are are perfectly large enough for 6 people. Outside the two covered areas gave great shade during the hot midday sun.

Fabulous stay in Playa Blanca.

The villas is in a fabulous location, just a 5 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon. We liked the secure driveway parking for our hire car.

The beds were not that comfortable and the bed in the main bedroom was very creaky.

we really enjoyed Lanzarote and the outings to see Cesar Manrique’s houses and learn about the impact he had on the Isla

the Villa was in a quiet location near the busy marina with loads of restaurants which meant you didn’t need to go into the town all the time. the Dorada beach is only a 20 minute walk along the seafront with a good restaurant/bar above it. the pool is warm and well maintained and was perfect to cool off - the weather was fantastic! having two bathrooms was perfect and there is a laundry area for an occasional quick clothes wash if needed. the wind can come up but there is an excellent sheltered barbq area which is a bonus. we had a great time.

if you’re eating in more, perhaps a few more plates and cooking utensils - but that’s being picky!! 😏

Missed a dishwasher Would like a possibilities to heat from the ac-system, not only cool (ut was a cold February) Slightly hard madras in the bed :)

Great location. Quiet, felt safe and secure. Had a special request which our host was helpful with.

Lovely villa and pool

The villa was great. Everything you needed. The heated pool was the best. Was cleaned a couple of times during our stay by a very nice chap. The owner was on hand to sort out the electrics when the lights had tripped and was sorted straightway.

Could have done with better hairdryers.. the ones in the villa are not very powerful. The only other complaint which is not the owners fault is some noise from the hotel being built across the road. Not too bad but did disturb the peacefulness a bit during the day. Very quiet at night though.

Excellent location , perfcet for a fmaily of 5 with all you need to have a great holiday

Great location , lovelly Villa , everything was modern clean and as described, there were all the extra little bits there that made the holiday very good , eg , washing powder for washing machine , close pegs for drying clothes, there was a bottle of water in the Fridge which was really welcome when we arrived. The place was safe and secure and we had no interuptions fro any neighbours activity . woudl definitely recommedn this for a family of 5 live ours.

Amazing, will return.

Villa Tamia was fantastic. We have stayed in both Villa Tamia and Villa Atlantico in the last five years and have no hesitation in recommending both for either family or a couple stay. Fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Very much home from home, especially if you wished you lived abroad!

The pool in Villa Tamia is smaller than Atlantico but in all honesty totally sufficient for a family of four. Villa Tamia does have space for parking off road in addition to parking on the small close outside of both Villas.

Great location and loved the pool.

Great location; 10 minute walk to the marina where there are so many beautiful restaurants. The beach was also easily reached (a couple of minutes in the car). The pool was brilliant, bonus it was heated! The Villa has lots of space and seating areas which really suited our family of 5. We loved it - can’t wait to return.

Highly recommend Villa Tamia

Villa was in an excellent location, just a 10 minute walk from Marina Rubicon. It felt very private and had everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the barbecue which was in a sheltered courtyard, so it was always warm - we ate dinner there several times. All three bedrooms were a good size and both bathrooms were excellent. We would happily return.

Nothing really. We were there in winter and the outside area didn't get much sun early in the day.

Great family villa with heated pool.

Great little apartment in walking distance from the Marina. Pool is heated which my son loved meaning we went in around three times a day. Bus stop is close meaning you can travel the island.

The bed in one room was extremely squeaky meaning everytime you move or turn over, it can be heard. This is a minor detail however.

Loved the Villa one of the best we have stayed in. Will book again very soon.

Location, very well equipped & how private the Villa was. The pool was awesome & warm to swim in every day. The shower was powerful & always a good supply of hot water. BBQ area was super & we enjoyed using this a couple of times.

Could of done with being supplied with cleaning utensils to clear the BBQ after use but this was just minor issue.
