Das Hostal ist sehr modern und neu renoviert. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Abgeschlossener Parlplatz inklusive.

Zimmer mit Gartenblick sind shon ziemlich klein und das Bett sehr schmal.

New and cosy hotel conveniently located near a shopping mall, in walking distance to the city centre

Everything was just perfect! Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but this place is just great and the hosts could not have been more helpful, the communication was excellent and the coffee was the best ever. This small hotel is not only new (opened three years ago) but also perfectly maintained and super clean. Tucked in a quiet and safe corner, in a short walking distance to a shopping mall (2 mins away), taxis and ATMs, the hotel is also close to the city centre, so we even walked downtown (15 mins) and back in the evening. The beds meet the standards of a four-star hotel, so you can sleep comfortably after chilling in bed watching Netflix and resting before climbing Chimborazo.

If you complain about the old windows in this hotel, you need to realise that you are really picky. The windows work just fine and cancel the noise, so you will sleep just fine. What a great place!

Not bad, but not suitable for tourists, just people there for work in Riobamba

New furnishings, good quality breakfast and sheets, friendly and efficient staff. decent breakfast.

Location is in the middle of nowhere, although apparently this is not a dangerous neighbourhood. The heating/AC system is noisy. the "hot" water was only tepid for the second person in the shower. terrible dogs on nearby properties barked all night the room is small, and frankly, st 42 USDit wouldnt have cost much more.in France.

- comfortable bed - Angelika was a very Sweet Person, she even made us a different breakfast as soon as we told her, that we‘re vegetarian

- a little poorly soundproofed (you can hear people outside of the room talking etc.)

A very pleasant stay

The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. It was very comfortable. Staff were fantastic and ensured the highest level of attention. Breakfast was very good, with large portions. Would easily recommend.

Shower would only go luke-warm and would take a very long time to reach this temperature.

The room was very clean and wasn't small. The hotel and the surrounding neighborhood were quiet. The bus station is about a 10 minute walk away; and while the center seems far on the maps, it didn't really feel like it when walking there. Comfortable pillows. The breakfast was great with a respectable quantity of fruit, juice, coffee, eggs another item or two which varied frm morning to morning. They also had coffee and tea available whenever you want; it's nice to be able to get a cup of coffee right when you get up.

An overall amazing stay, fantastic small hotel. Great staff, new hotel facilities, comfortable, outstanding and daily varying breakfast. Especially Angelica was lovely and did everything to make our stay excellent. By far the best accommodation we had in Ecuador.

Excellent service and super nice

Super accommodating staff and excellent breakfast with real coffee. Very clean and pretty interior decoration.

Shower water was warm but not hot enough. Control was complicated for room T.V. and often streaming stopped.
