Will come again.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and let us check in before the time. The room was spacious, clean and cool, wonderful bathroom with great shower, all clean, beds were so comfy, we had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was good, too.

The air conditioning was very noisy.

Would recommend.

The room was nice, shower set up was great. train was not too loud, breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. Overall, enjoyed the night and would come back again. Hopefully pool and hot tub will be there.

The TV was screwy, channels did not match up properly to the guide so you could not figure out what was on each channel. A bit Frustrating.

A good stop over between Calgary and Kelowna

The train rattles past about 50m away every 30 minutes or so.

Great Hotel in Revy

The outdoor hot tub is absolutely fantastic for an early morning cup of tea in the heart of the mountains! Location is easily accessible off Highway 1. This is my go-to spot when make the trek through the mountains

Price point was higher than usual, however in line with the market.

Snowboarding trip during the Christmas holidays

Comfortable king size bed, tv and coffee in the room as well as free breakfast.

Good but..

The room is clean, the breakfast is good, and the hotel is close to the town.

The pillows are too soft without any support. We requested an additional 2 pillows to help raise the neck support for the pillows, but that didn't work. The bed is not firm, and our body sinks in when we sleep. Both my husband and I couldn't get a good sleep during our stay. The water pressure for the shower is not as strong as our liking.

Just a great stay at a new and clean hotel!

The hotel was new and clean! The room was very large! Breakfast was great!

Not a pleasant experience.

Newer hotel & friendly staff.

There were trains passing by the hotel every hour that were loud & kept me up all night. I had an 8 hour drive the next day & was exhausted in the morning. The coffee was empty at breakfast. The trays for bacon & the potatoes were left empty. The orange juice was water with a slight bit of colour. The cost of the room was too high especially for being located right beside train tracks.

Clean, bed very comfortable and view Pool was not working they supposed removed it from the promotion and decrease the price per night

I asked for late check out as I arrived 12 am , the day shift person he offered me 11:30 morning check out while in the website the normal check out was 12:00 pm so he actually ask me to leave half hour early. The scrambled egg was cold .

Nice stay - would try another place next time though

Staff were friendly, beds were comfy and overall really clean - great location!

You could feel the train go by - was told of this upon check in and they provide free earplugs to block the sound too! The pool was ‘under construction’ which was disappointing as we pick hotels based on a pool option.

Modern comfortable hotel

There was a fire alarm at 330am apparently caused by an employee preparing breakfast. Everyone was evacuated, and we were allowed to go back to our rooms an hour later. The hotel gave us a credit of 50. Breakfast was quite ordinary.

Nice place and great view on the mountain side

The hotel had a beautiful view and was clean and comfortable.

There were some errors - we booked two rooms, one was great, and the other was not what we thought we were getting. They had to move us to a room without a view in order to get the bathtub I requested when I booked, and they charged me twice in error. They were very kind and efficient in returning my funds that they charged in error.

Superb

Like all Fairfield, this was very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent.

Our only negative observation was that the highway noise was present.

The worst stay ever.

Breakfast was ok

I booked the room for my parents who were on their way to visit us. They told me that there were major construction going on for the train track, which was facing their room so it was so noisy and they couldn't sleep. They asked the front desk for another room but apparently the hotel was full and was told nothing can be done. My parents barely slept the whole night. We are so disappointed and won't be booking at this hotel ever again.

Lazy and unhygienic staff. Decent room.

The room was clean, good size, and smelled nice.

The staff were a bit rude and the kitchen staff were EXTREMELY unhygienic. When my daughter and I asked if the whirlpool tub was open the front desk staff said yes but we would have to remove the cover and clean it out ourselves to use it. In the morning while at the complementary breakfast I watched a staff sneeze over a tray of bacon wipe her snot on her hand and then bring it out to serve. When I tried to quietly ask her to dispose of it and not serve it to guests she flat out denied doing and and served it regardless.

The hotel offered a large carpark and was easily accessible. Modern hotel with friendly staff at a good price. The breakfast provided a good amount of options. The only disappointment was the cardboard bowls/plates.
