Excellent stay! Room was well-equipped and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was modern with a walk-in shower and the bed was very comfortable. The AC is dedicated to the unit and can be adjusted down to the low 60s. The kitchenette had dishes, coffee pot and supplies, and a fridge/freezer combo. There was a nice sofa and the room had DirectTV. The property had video surveillance and felt safe overall. Parking was very close to the room.
No issues at the property.

Room was extremely comfortable, very happy with my stay here! Quite spacious, but it had all the amenities that I needed and then some. The rock bungalows are always a treat. The price is simply exceptional for what is provided by the owners. As always, staff was as a pleasure to chat with and help get checked-in. :-)
I did not run into anything I didn't like during this stay, at all.

Location is perfect, there is just about anything you need within dare-I-say walking distance. Restaurants, views, grocery stores, etc. All right there.
The room itself was wonderful, I was surprised how comfy the pull-out couch/bed was. The main bed was very comfy as well! The sheets and blankets provided were nice and warm. The stovetop, microwave, etc. all worked wonderfully. The internet is very workable, I am happy with it's speed and stability.
Staff, as usual, is very nice and accommodating. Made sure that we had plenty of pillows, blankets, and all was working just fine. Even was very nice and understanding when we accidentally popped the TV-Cable line in our room and upstairs (due to our work, needed more ports/outlets, didn't think it would do that).
Very little. I suppose the beds are both very squeaky (can't breathe without them making noise), but that is not upsetting honestly. I somewhat wish the curtains prevented more light getting through, I am a night-owl so that may be a personal issue of it being too bright when just waking up. Even with those minor points, I have no complaints at all.

Location and privacy
Nothing other than having to leave at the end of my stay. I loved every minute there

I appreciated the kitchenette. Nice walk-in shower. New clean flooring. Kind of a step back in time to the old Ozark vacations with a fresh clean look. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Caught without a blow dryer the first morning but quickly remedied at the front desk.
It would be nice to have the blow dryer and pool towels available without having to make a special request.

Great location within walking distance to the restaurants and bars on the strip. Stone cabin #6 was super cute. Comfortable bed. Very nice pool. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We will be back for sure!!!

Location and staff

I liked the location and the rooms were very nice. Clean and comfortable.
The staff was rude and disrespectful. They watched us to make sure we got out on time which made me uncomfortable. We were out with plenty of time to spare.

The gentleman who owns it was extremely helpful. Security was also very friendly and kept and eye on everything.

Location was great! Older rooms...but nice
Older rooms...need a little more fixing up...carpet was worn, walls needed painting...most of all the bed mattress was really bad. i just sunk in the bed...no support for your body.

Clean, friendly staff, close to multiple restaurants and activities.
When I booked, I didn't realize I booked a duplex type of room. There was no fault of the facility, but the people who stayed above us were VERY noisy walking back and forth ALL night. There's nothing like trying to sleep with someone walking over your head all night. I wish the rooms were a bit more soundproof.

A wonderful place. We are actually going to stay an extra day. Not sure about all the complaints about the beds because they were so comfortable. We all have a different comfort level and the beds were great and the rooms are super clean and the owner that works the place is fantastic. He is all about the customers.

Location is close to the Bagnell Dam strip. Room had been recently remodeled. Service was relatively friendly. Had a mini refrigerator. Has a pool (though was not open for the season yet when we were there.)
Room was very sparingly decorated. Seemed as if it had just been remodeled and maybe was not finished. There was a strong odor of mold or mildew in the bedroom of our suite. Reserved a queen suite, but the bed in this room was a full-size bed which we did not realize until bed time. Wi-fi only worked when standing right by the front door.

close to trap range
mattress needs replaced and there was a pink pair of underwear in the linen for the hideabed.

It was easy to find. The unit was small but very clean. There were plenty of towels and blankets. There was plenty of parking close to the unit.
The bed was very uncomfortable. My back was so bad in the morning that we cut our trip short by one day and headed home. In fairness, my husband thought the bed was fine but his back is more forgiving than mine.

The staff at front desk was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was close to the damn but far enough away from the noise. The price we paid for a room and a bungalow was cheap. I will be staying her again in the future.

We could have gotten a nicer place for the same price on the lake but we wanted to be on the strip so in the end it was okay.

The owner was very nice and will use them again another time. Thanks
Could use more pillows but next time I'll ask for extras.
