I would give six stars if I could. Host-very helpful. House-relatively new, very clean, well appointed, and plenty of space in each room.

We were in town for a wedding. We had the best weekend. The house was wonderful. The upstairs doors (to balcony) are hard to close and lock. Dining room table chairs are pretty wobbly.
We loved it and would stay there again! Thank you.

The home is nice, very spaciou, & met my family's needs. We had one little issue with a smoke alarm but the owner was very prompt in responding & the property manager, whom was very kind, fixed it that evening so my boys could sleep. While the master bedroom door wouldn't close, it wasn't an issue for me but could be for another family. The only other suggestion I have is to have a can opener available. This became an issue when cooking dinner. All-in-all it was a great home away from home. Thank you!!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. This home is cozy and beautiful. Would definitely recommend. Alexis was a great host and always responded quickly. Would recommend to stay here!

Great space for a group. Comfortable Beds, Nice Kitchen space.
We did arrive to the property with all the doors unlocked which did confuse us. The video cameras are also a bit strange.
Not as clean as expected, many light bulbs burned out, and other little maintenance issues throughout the property.

We enjoyed our stay-just 2 nights, but they were very comfortable nights , which was important since the girls were at vb camp during the day! There is a lot of space to spread out in, and the garage was super helpful!

The only negative thing I would say about this stay experience, is that the features listed included a "Jacuzzi Tub". Upon arrival discovering that this was just a jacuzzi jet tub was a bit disappointing. I understand that is completely on me but I thought we would have more like a hot tub on the property. Just a bit misleading to me when I'm reading through the key features and see a jacuzzi tub listed. But other that was a perfect stay, very nice property and well kept and convenient.

Alexis was very easy to communicate with. Only needed to ask a question about a tv remote. The modern style is unique and very spacious. The location is perfect.

We only got to stay there a couple of days but it was a little different than what we were use to. Once we got in there and got use to all of the technology of the house we felt better. The host responded when we had some concerns and questions.

This was a great rental for state basketball weekend in Manhattan. It gave us 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of extra space. This is the way to go.

My family and i had a great time at this house, great neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Downstairs can be a bit creapy at night because of all the large glass doors but we had a great time. Clean and spacious was the house, would love to visit when it gets warm so we could enjoy outdoors in the back yard and the balcony.We will be back soon God willing.

We had an awesome stay. The place was spacious with beautiful decor. The spa tub and huge shower were excellent. We slep great in the beds and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Loved being able to park my car in the garage and that we were so close to shopping and restaurants. Checking in and out was very easy. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home.

This place is just as it is advertised. Very modern and very nice. The owner was easy to communicate with and everything we needed was provided. We will for sure try and rent it again.

The house was very clean, spacious and accommodating. We had plenty of room and and enjoyed our quick stay in Manhattan. The doors are a little tricky to lock but luckily felt very safe in the neighborhood!

The overall process from reservations to checking out was so simple. Had no problems with any of the process from beginning to ending. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This place was the perfect getaway while visiting family. The kitchen has the perfect layout and everything you need. The master bath makes you feel like you are in a spa. I loved every minute and hope to return soon.

Beautiful home and perfect location
We really enjoyed staying here while we were waiting on our home at Ft Riley to be available. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the luxuries of the master bathroom and beautiful kitchen. The location was also perfect to explore Manhattan. It suited our family so well and we would recommend it to anyone!

Quiet Neighborhood Home
The home is a great space for a family with a nice fenced backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and nicely maintained. Location is convenient to many places in Manhattan and Fort Riley, which was our main purpose for staying here while waiting for our new home to be purchased.
I did feel like there were some miscommunications. The cleaning crew was still present at the home for 30 minutes after our check in time. They were welcoming and polite and did a very good job of cleaning the property. However, after being on the road and traveling long distances it was a surprise and not expected.

Great Getaway
Property was wonderful just as shown. Enjoyed a short getaway visiting with my daughter. Clean and great neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable.

unique modern house
Very unique stay at this modern property... lots to like - spacious feel, modern amenities, pet friendly with back yard. However, be aware 3rd bedroom is only air mattress -- info was there but had to really search for it as we were very surprised that there was NOT a 3rd bed.

The home was a very great place to be when we weren't at our grandson wedding that was this weekend.

House was great for my family to gather. Lots of space in the house and it's easy access to everything in Manhattan. Would consider using it again in the future especially on a game weekend.

Cool Modern House But Read the Description Carefully
This was a very cool, modern house - concrete floors, lots of windows, huge kitchen and dining area, and a little dog "cubby hole" in the living room located in a quiet neighborhood in the southwest part of Manhattan. However, read the description carefully. The third bedroom is an office with a queen size air mattress; it's my fault for not reading the description under "queen bed" saying that it was an air mattress and not a regular bed, but it caused confusion when we checked in.
In addition, the master bedroom, while being very large, had no place to put my clothes. The only closets were in the bathroom and they were both locked and there was no dresser or nightstand in the master bedroom. There is an office desk and a long bench, so I ended up laying out my clothes on the bench and using a small table from another room as a nightstand.
The theater room is an older projector and screen and a couch that would sit 3 people; I had hoped for a true theater room but I should have paid more attention to the description and photos where it shows it is not a separate room.
tl;dr It's a very cool space and could be 5 stars with some additional updates.

Convenient and Modern
Beautiful home that really pops out of the scenery with it's clean lines-very easy to find. Loved the media room for family movie night. The beds were so comfy. Fully stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. My one serious issue was the 5 visible security cameras in the home. I understand the need to protect one's property, but 5 cameras feels excessive and we had a hard time feeling comfortable. I think it would be a great idea to disclose the amount of surveillance in the home description.
