Welcome to Casa Milan! A beautiful private home in La Quinta, California!
The house is located near Indian Wells Tennis Ctr, Coachella & Stagecoach Festivals.
This home features a private salt water pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, gas grill, a grass area for games. This private backyard has no neighbors across the entire back of the property only a stunning Western Mountain view.
The Grand room features a large couch, 65" TV, free WiFi, a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen.

This is just going to be a list of the good things, we couldn't think of anything at the property that wasn't excellent.
The pool is just the right size and the kids were jumping in several times each day.
There were lots of games and pool toys and the kids loved them.
The layout of the house is comfortable and there are a lot of little things that just make it easy to stay there. It feels lived in as opposed to a hotel room if that makes sense.
The kitchen was very nicely laid out and we cooked meals there for the family just like at home.
Simply put, it was an excellent location; we enjoyed ourselves while staying there and didn't want to leave at the end of the stay!

We had over 40 family members staying in the area. This location was ideal! Rick was available for any questions I might have had. Very easy check in and out.

The house was a perfect set up for some family time for all ages. A very nice kitchen connected to the living area - so you could be all together even when in the kitchen. It is a very quiet neighborhood - nice for taking walks. Super close to grocery stores if needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Recommend paying the extra during the winter to heat the pool if you have younger children. Totally worth it. Communication with the owner is top notch! Thank you for 2 days of wonderful memories.

Rick was extremely nice and responsive as a host, and the location provided an easy drive to La Quinta and Indian Wells. We loved the hot tub and pool.

Rick, the owner was very friendly and helpful through out the process and our stay. The house was in a great location and easy to get to a lot of the areas restaurants and golf courses. The house was also very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. We also enjoyed having friends over to bask in the heated pool/jacuzzi and just relax in the sun. We will definitely be back here again.

We had an amazing time at Casa Milan. It was the perfect stay for our race weekend at Ironman Indian Wells. Quiet and impeccably clean, with loads of nice touches such as extra sunscreen for our time outdoors. The owner was terrific with ongoing communication and suggestions for fun activities during the weekend. Looking forward to my next visit!

Lots of restaurants close by. The house was perfect size for our family and had an amazing outside area with pool, spa and a shaded eating area. The owner, Rick, left us a wonderful welcome basket which we snacked on the entire week. Kitchen was very well stocked with coffee, creamers and anything you may need. A nice surprise was the lemon tree in the backyard. We used fresh lemons in our drinks all week. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome House in the Desert!
Rick's house was perfect for a girls weekend in the desert! The pool and hot tub were amazing and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing time away to relax and enjoy pool/spa
House was clean, quiet, well-equipped and the pool was a great size for our family of 4 to enjoy it. We brought some pool floats and it didn't dwarf the pool to use them. Opted for the add-on extra to heat the pool and it was so worth it - we were able to use it in the morning and evening quite comfortably.

The house was not ready for rental. House was not clean. A/C was broken. Property owner was controlling pool, jacuzzi lights. Owner was controlling A/C . This was ridiculous. We did not enjoy at all. Would not recommend it at all.

This is a beautiful place to stay and relax. It is away from the maddening crowd, but within easy access to almost every location! Nice quiet place for a getaway!

A Wonderful Home
We spent 5 wonderful nights and days at this home in La Quinta. The home, gardens, pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The owner, Rick, was very communicative and helpful. We will not hesitate to stay again if our travels take us back this way.
The only thing that would have made our stay better is if the weather had reached 70 degrees or higher during our stay. I’m sure if Rick could have arranged that, he would have. 😉�

It was a great stay at this property in La Quinta. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and the backyard was well maintained. The house had all the required amenities and we had a very comfortable stay. I would very likely stay at this property again in the future.

Warm private oasis at Casa Milan
What can I say about this place? How about, wow! We were very impressed with the house, and the private pool and hot tub really made our vacation. We spent nearly 6 hours a day around the pool and it was quiet, private, and very relaxing. The house had all the necessary amenities and is easily big enough for families or couples with the three spacious bedrooms. If I was to make a small critique (which is hard to do), I would say that the bed in the master bedroom was a bit hard. We travel to the Palm Desert area nearly every summer and this house was the best we have found for the incredibly reasonable price. We will be back.

The house was beautiful, chimney, big kitchen rooms were perfect and the bathrooms lovely to. What we loved and enjoyed most and why we picked this house was the pool/ jacuzzi just awesome. Also the owner was so nice from the beginning with getting to know you, to making sure you have everything you need to making sure you had a safe trip there and back home. I would definitely recomend this home to others and we will be coming back soon

Best house I have ever rented
I had a really great time in this house! Everything was so clean and organized which is very important to me! The house met all our needs! It was very spacious and nice. We loved the open space looking out to the Mountains from the pool area. It was so nice to relax and lounge on the comfy lounge chairs. I loved the hot tub especially in the night time under the stars, it felt magical! I can’t wait to go back! Rick was an amazing property manager thanks again for everything Rick! Great house we will definitely be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay.
The place was perfect for us very close to Indian Wells tennis garden about 20 minutes walking.
This is a very well appointed home with lots of space and the outside pool and hot tub were amazing.
Rick, the property manager was very helpful and he is extremely responsive.

The Location,Home, Pool/Spa with all the supplies provided made for a wonderful experience!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though the rainy start and cooler temperatures could have hampered our stay, Rick and his beautiful home made us feel welcome and warm.
We would definitely recommend this home and experience to everyone!

Great property overall.
Could use a TV in the master suite and better pillows for the beds but we enjoyed open entertainment area and pool/hot tub area. Rick could not have been a better host!
