The Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is about 10 mins away from the bus station and is a couple of mins away from the central market. There are many restaurants near the hotel 😊 The room is cleaned everyday.
The wifi is very slow but it did not bother us 😊
4.1

Algo antigua

Cozy gabled room and quiet and we slept great there!
RIght on the main square so was perfect for market day - it was right outside the front door!
Also a short walk from train station, no need for cab or bus or taxi unless you are challenged physically

Great value for money on the edge of the old town. Really comfortable beds, big bathroom, and enough room for the three of us. Probably the best continental breakfast we've ever had - plenty of choice and delicious pastries! Good check-in with clear access information, WiFi, etc. Amanda was really helpful and accommodating. There is also space for storing luggage for a few hours once you've checked out, which was really nice.
In our room, the shower needs a new seal/door, as water ends up all over the floor and doesn't drain very well. Also, while there were tea and coffee making facilities, there were no stir sticks or sugar/sugar substitutes to make it with.

Very nice check in experience, helpful staff. Nice decor, good size room.
The pillows were beyond firm…

Great hotel, good location, friendly staff
Nothing

Love the art deco theme, the staff and the location. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff
Cleanliness could have been slightly better in the bathroom, but not a major issue. One of the curtains was half hanging off the rail so they couldn't be closed properly

Location
The hotel announces the availability of private parking as the facility. But, after you have booked a room at the hotel, you learn that to make use of the parking you should reserve it, too, counting on availability (or not, which was our case). It would be fair, if the hotel made it clear in advance before one terminates booking a room, e.g., providing in addition to the to usual options, such as "room only" or "room and breakfast", corresponding additional ones, like "room and parking".

The hotel is very close to the city center and there is a big underground parking across the street.
The lobby and breakfast area look very nice and the breakfast was very nice. The reception people always very kind and helpful. Hotel is overall clean.
Our room was on first floor and the hotel ,I have to say ,has zero sound isolation. We could hear everything from the other rooms even when they were flushing the toilet. For a light sleeper is really a nightmare.
The bathroom in our room definitely needed a good clean and refurnish as there was rust and mold in several spots. Bathroom smelled a bit like public toilet everytime we flushed , I guess because of the water pipes.
The room doors need to be replaced , they are old and make a lot of noise when you close or open them and there is space left at the bottom which again does not help with outside noise.

Location is fantastic!! We appreciated the parking that was available. The lady who checked us in was so friendly. The bed was big, the room warm. Everything was great.

location is perfect and secure parking was just what we needed, but it cost an extra 20€ for parking.
really easy to walk into town.
huge bath which was nice after a long drive.
Sound proofing between rooms was poor.

This was a lovely peaceful and relaxing hotel. It had a bonus of a sauna room if wished. The location was central, the breakfast was included and substantial and they made an extra effort in providing me with gluten free bread as well. Oh the coffee was also excellent.😊 I would recommend it

I loved the interior of the hotel, it was really authentic. The staff was so nice and always ready to help. The breakfast at the hotel was very tasty. Location of the hotel is excellent, the historical part of Bruges is right there, shops and restaurant… I liked that our bed was maid every day after we left the room. I would come back again to Hotel Marabou!
Internet connection :(

Great location to the old town. good sized single beds. daily clean of rooms
staff were hard to find and somewhat grumpy. room was dull and lifeless. room was noisy with other guests on the same floor and plumbing noises coming from above.

Excellent location, within walking distance of everything. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Our room was on the top floor so the room felt small as the roof was slanted. Only negative was the velox window kept dripping on the bed.

close to the centre, very clean and modern
walls are very thin, and wifi was very poor (in our room atleast)
