Le lieu est agréable bien placé petit déjeuner copie Repas bon la literie à revoir

Le calme la situation juste à côté de chez Siska l’accueil et le sourire les employés les repas sont très bons rapport qualité prix

Nous avions la chambre 1 le matelas est très inconfortable il est temps de le changer mal de dos toute la nuit du au matelas usagé

Chic hotel with a very good restaurant.

Lovely hotel about a 15 minute walk from the beach. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which was very popular with locals too. This is on an affluent area and restaurant prices reflected that ( bottle of still water was €12). The staff were very friendly and the food was very good

It was very hot weather when we were there. The bedrooms had a Dyson fan but as temperatures rise they really need aircon.

Nice property, well looked after.

very noisy restaurant guests talking loudly below the hotel windows when leaving at midnight. when mentioned to the staff the next morning the problem didn’t seem to be new and they didn’t really seem to care that hotel guests are woken by their restaurant guests. breakfast used to be really good but in the high season real eggs are replaced by scrambled eggs from a packet.

fashionable hotel ‚très Knokkois‘

Very nice hotel with well decorated rooms. Very nice garden terasse to have a drink. Excellent breakfast ( perfect ham)

Parking could become an issue.

Nothing like a Knokke hotel with a Knokke breakfast, this place was an excellent choice.

Just a very nice Knokke hotel in between the impressive Knokke villa's, A 20 minute walk from the beach. Very nice breakfast, a lot of choice and all of it simply delicious, Knokke breadrolls are the best in the world

very good price quality with in house wonderful dining posdibility

For the number of star this hotel has I must say it is wonderfull, we knew the place for it d restaurant which is very good, the fact that the hotel has the restaurant is a very plus since a lot of hotels in knokke don t offer that. the staff was very friendly, at the reception, in the restaurant and at breakfast. I can only recommend to stay there.

Nice hotel, good restaurant, top location. We will be back.

Rooms are large and cosy. Decoration is slightly outdated but in good shape. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are ok. Staff at the reception were always friendly. We arrived with two dogs, which was not a problem (hotel charges 30 euro extra/day). Breakfast is very nice: nice restaurant, good selection and a very attentive and nice lady in charge. The hotel has a parking, but only with space for 11 cars so it might happen that you have to park in the street in front (payable weekends and off days). Location is very nice. Just not that ‘Marie Siska’is next door, and that the large playground can create some noise during daytime.

Minor point: bathrooms could do with an update. But thats really being picky.

Pleasant

Breakfast was great. Nice selection. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beautiful dining area and friendly staff. Lunch was excellent.

I send them a message using booking.com but they never replied. Parking is available, they say on the booking, but it was full, so we had to park on the road (paying). We asked explicitly 2 separate beds, but got a king bed, and after 9 pm no one at the reception to make a change. Very noisy in the hotel between 10pm-2am (restaurant guests ?). I expect more service for this price.

The hotel room was small and the bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff could be a bit more friendlier

The bed was very comfy and waking up with the view on the horses was pretty

Except the receptionist who was really lovely, the staff at the restaurant weren’t friendly at all and treated us like peasants (even if we’re customers and probably making significantly more than them). I think they need to teach them to smile more, this would significantly increase the guest’s experience

Great stay with the family!

clean, fresh breakfast, family rooms including separate room for the kids.

The bunk bed may need some extra safety.

Good but restaurant too expensive !

Breakfast, room : very good

No parking available. Booking.com states that the hotel is located at the sea shore which is not true, it takes 20 mins on foot to reach the beach. I was charged 18 euros for a few chips and a tiny bottle of wine which I thought were welcome snacks (free of charge) ! Outrageous ! On New Years we’ve, I twisted my ankle at the intersection of the entrance road leading to the hotel and the sidewalk due to some bumps which I reported at the time. Nothing has been done about it. It took three months for my foot to get better and at times, I still feel a little pain.

our stay was nice, but could be better if not for the room and shower conditions. not what we expected.

location, restaurant (food) and the personnel! The rooms and toilets need a good cleaning and replacement of all towels, the ones available are yellow and tired from all the use. the pillows are not comfortable at all and the decorative pillows needs to be cleaned as well. in overall the decoration in nice

In front of the property and a 67 euro's ticket from the Police from Knokke. Arriving late evening/night, where could i have parked my car ...🤔🤔 ?

This is the one and only hotel in knokke ,the staff is simply the best .the food is outstanding. MY NEXT VISIT will be this hotdl and I can only recommend this hotel .congratulations to the management and the team

It was a 100% positive experience, we will certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Overall it was a fantastic experience, really a fantastic hotel.

Price of some drinks, €12 for 5cl of DiSaronno while a bottle costs €16 in the supermarket is ridiculous.
