Muy bien

Parqueo incluido, las instalaciones nuevas y muy cómodas.

Llegamos un día q no había opción de restaurante ni opción de desayuno. Esta alejado del centro de Bilbao pero si vas en carro todo bien.

Estancia Breve en fin de semana

Baño moderno, y televisor enorme en la habitación, amabilidad del personal. En la cafetería amplia variedad de pinchos y tortillas. Fácil aparcamiento al estar en un polígono

En el desayuno no nos informaron que el precio era por desayuno, no por consumición, quizás hubiéramos pedido unas tostadas o cualquier otra cosa si el precio era cerrado. El café muy bueno pero los croissants bastante malos

Genial

Calidad precio está muy bien. Parking privado gratis en el mismo hotel. Habitación grande y espaciosa. Bastante silenciosa. Había secador. Wifi en habitaciones.

Limpieza y amabilidad

Todo correcto, habitación y personal del hotel. La habitación muy limpia y no tuvimos ruidos ninguna noche. Parking cerrado gratuito, que se agradece. Recomendado

Suited our purpose on this occasion but otherwise I wouldn't rate it highly.

Location suited our purpose as it was close to the train station. Quiet and reception staff helpful. Secure Parking.

We found the bed uncomfortable. Was not value for money especially considering the area the hotel is located in, but as the Tour de France was leaving from Bilbao, I guess they increased their prices because they could?

Very good

Good location for a stop the night before the ferry back home, very clean, friendly staff and comfortable.

We couldn't get a taxi into the centre of Bilbao as there was no taxi for 5 people so we drove a few miles up to castro urdials for a walk round, sadly the hotel restaurant was not open as we had hoped and when we tried the restaurant next door for an evening meal we were told no, so had to have pizzas delivered instead which was not ideal. This did spoil our stay slightly.

Good option to stay if you travel by ferry. Parking is free, inside the hotel. New furniture and good equipment of the room. Good WIFI signal. Apparently safe and calm, ex-industrial area.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays. There are no options where to eat in that zone. There is bus parking station exactly close to the hotel, but on sundays all was closed, so no troubles at all.

Good stay on the way to the ferry

Located on an industrial estate but close to streets with bars and restaurants. Stayed here to catch the boat to Ireland for which it served its pur-uso well. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy bed.

Comfortable and very clean. Staff were great

Basic breakfast but okay.

Restaurant closed after 5pm and bar at 8 pm. Unbelievable really. That was disappointing.

Restaurant closed at 5 pm we arrived at 5.17 pm Restaurant did not open next day at all Sunday No tea facilities in the room Area has poor parking for other restaurants with in 15 minutes

Good value and good room, just sort out the heating

The size of the room and its cleanliness were excellent and having the cafeteria on site was very useful. The underground parking a real bonus.

One problem was the temperature in the room, which was much too high, but there was no way to lower it other than opening the window, which obviously lets in all the noise and insects. There was no cooling air conditioning available.

GOOD VALUE.

Room was comfortable and bathroom very nice.

Food available at later times, even if its just sandwiches and a drink. Location is terrible, we arrived quite late and finding it even with sat nav is difficult .The hotel needs more signage in advance of location.

It was clean, comfortable and cool when there was a heat wave.
