Loved everything about the place. We ended up extending a night and would have done more but they were full. The staff were lovely.

Great location, walkable into town and to the nature reserve. Very peaceful. Lovely gardens. Electric vehicle chargers available on site.
No evening meal available on either night of our stay.

Everything was great, staff extremely helpful, lovely place, but the swimming pool, which was why we chose the hotel, was very cold...
Temperature of swimming pool!!

Walking distance to town.
Breakfast with scrambled eggs.
A save is facilitated at the room, it was useful to keep valuables and important items as a key of cars.

Nice helpful staff
Overnight on a Monday. Hotel restaurant was closed and after traversing town found that limited open restaurants were booked out. Ended up exhausted and hungry back in hotel who, in fairness, organised a rescuing plate of charcuterie/cheese. Atmosphere as dead as a dodo. Overall experience pretty poor. Won't be rushing back.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the proximity to the pool and the outdoor space with lounge chairs.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Noirmoutier, within easy walking distance of the centre. Fabulous surroundings with an inviting outdoor swimming pool and extensive terrace. Very large restaurant which serves a wide-ranging continental breakfast including cooked eggs and bacon/sausage. Choice of evening menu but, unless you are booked on a DBB rate, the menu does not change. The receptionist, Flora, is a delight and extremely helpful in finding us a restaurant for an evening meal on a Monday night at the hotel restaurant is no longer open on that day in June. Plenty of free parking and close to a beautiful beach.
Not the hotel's fault, but like so many establishments at the moment, there was a shortage of staff or, perhaps, the new staff were not as professional as we would have hoped.

Recently refurbished, so very well-appointed and clean. Modern conveniences like USB slots on the pugs, chargers for electric vehicles etc. Staff very pleasant and obliging.
Kitchen closed on a Monday so evening meal restricted to an assiette of meat and cheese - OK but nothing exceptional.

We had a really great stay and the staff were excellent. The only criticism is that your website gave the impression that we would not be charged to take our tiny dog with us. I had messaged to check it was ok with the hotel

Calm, close to the center, large property, nice room friendly staff
10.0
The restaurant at the hotels, the location, the cleanliness and the services.
The room size was a bit small but still cute
10.0
Room was not gigantic but amply sufficient for two and there is an additional space for a baby or small child bed. Toilets outside the bathroom. The room design is simple, fresh and comfortable. We also made ample use of the private terrace for a 'picnic' lunch and rest. Swimming pool hot and of a good size. We did not use the other sport facilities (tennis, 'petanque' etc) but those are a very good idea for families and friends. Ample choice of bicycles for rent, and in a very good state. The staff was great, ensured our drinks and coffee was re-supplied everyday, and the location just outside the city centre in a quiet area. The restaurant was excellent. We will come back !

Very nice, quiet location and well maintained surroundings. Plenty of equipment for entertaining kids. Nice breakfast.
The hotel's main Wifi network did not work in the rooms, as its http-settings were considered 'insecure/security certificate out of date' by both our organisations' notebooks. That was really unpleasant, as we needed Wifi for video conferencing, emailing etc. And as no meeting room existed, we could only do it in the busy entry hall between kids playing or watching TV. According to the reception, it was not possible for the IT to fix the problem. So, for business travel or 'remote office work', we cannot recommend the hotel despite its other advantages.

Beautiful hotel situated in a lovely garden, cosy room and a wonderful breakfast! We appreciated also the position and the possibility to rent bikes. The restaurant is also very pleasant and recommended for the quality of food.
