Fint hotell, men rommet for lite.

Frokost ok. Middag bra.

Rommet var lite og trangt for to personer Det eneste som var stort var tv .Vask utenfor badet var ikke praktisk

The location is perfect, quiet while walking distance from the lovely village. Perfect to roam around and discover all the other villages, kite and surf spots.

Bathroom was great.

No swimming pool accessible outside of the spa despite the photos and description. I feel misled on that point. I expected a better breakfast for the price. A bit expensive for the actual value.

Correct hotel, nice welness but service should be just one grade better.

Good location to do trips to several interesting spots. The wellness is nice (which may be expected for that price).

The personell (more specific the middle staff and reception), are not “authentically service minded”: they do what they have to do because it is their job, but do not go the extra mile by themselves : Example : upon arrival one of our rooms smelled somewhat wet and we asked for another room : we received it but had to persist. On weekdays the breakfast ends at 10 am (10:30 weekend) but no one (also but the reception desk) informed us although they knew we would stay for five nights…again, we had to persist to still get some of the breakfast but not with a smile…etc etc… Everytime they finally gave in to our requests but we always had to persist or defend our point. I really see this as a missed opportunity as there are not so many decent hotels in the neighbourhood. Compared to other hotels in Denmark, they lack the supreme hospitality attitude. Definitely for that price range.

always clean, comfortable, quiet place, pleasant personnel, good facilities, parking options, EV charging near by, close to the town,

given the prices per night, breakfast could offer way more than just the very basic

Quick pit stop at the West coast

This was a quick stop for us. The room was small (15m2) but decor did not maximize the space. Good breakfast. Did not want to linger ant longer.

The hotel charges an extra nightly ”energy fee” which was notified only after the reservation was done. The shelves at the room entrance were installed in wrong direction wasting valuable space and making it difficult to use the shelves. Bathroom had only one shower wall so after a shower the whole area was wet. A folding second wall would make the space more convenient.

Very good

Super location for kitesurfing at Ringkøbing fjord, and the spa (kurbadet) is really nice.

I could not get dinner because I arrived 10 min “too late” :-(

Fantastic stay

Beautiful design hotel, with a great spa area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I asked if I needed to book a table in the Nordic restaurant, the man at reception immediately picked up the phone and organised it for me. This hotel is highly recommended for an extended spa weekend.

I liked the location, breakfast and free waters.

Not enough storage for clothes in the room. Reception never picked up the phone, even after a long wait, so it seemed impossible to get room service. Also, I wish I knew the swimming pool was for adults only. I was travelling with young children and I chose this hotel primarily because of the pool for my kids.

Disappointing

Staff was good and the hotel was clean. Covid-19 caution was well organised at the hotel and in the restaurant.

The hotel, more specifically the hotel room didn't match my expectations from the photos. Room was smaller and I didn't like the fact that the sink was in the room and not in the bathroom. Bedside table missing and not very sound proof/noise from hallway and nextdoor room.
