Very Spacious, Clean & upscale jersey shore beach house on the beach block by the North end of the Seaside heights, literally few homes from the boardwalk & beach. Fully renovated and just 1 min walk to the beach. While you have access to best of everything that seaside offers from live shows, busy boardwalk, casino pier, water park restaurant, yet stay on the quite North end.
This is the first time ever this main house is opened for rental in 2021. Very tastefully decorated that would make you feel right at home.
LOCATION: We are located on the beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distant memory. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Thursday and Sunday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.
- All rooms are equipped with Smart TV's
- Kitchen is fully equipped.
- Sleep Comfortably on hypo-allergenic brand new Memory foam Mattress and luxurious down-like hypo-allergenic pillows.
- Every Decor & furnishing is hand picked with comfort in mind.
- Home comes with 2 Full bed and a Queen bed.
- You will have access to the entire beach house with 1 assigned parking for each unit.
- Don't stress about parking, there is enough off street parking and no need to take your car out until you are ready to get back to your busy life.
- Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor seating & barbeque grills
On a side note, if you are planning for brithday parties or family reunions with big group, we have 3 more units (One 2 bedroom unit and TWO 3 bedroom units) on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more details.

WE RENT QUALITY HOME AND HOME IS LOCATED IN A VERY QUITE STREET ON NORTH END OF THE BEACH. WE DO NOT ENCOURAGE THE FOLLOWING
Pets are considered on case by case basis and there is an additional pet fee ‘
No loud music or noise
No Prom
No unregistered guest OR invited quest in the apartment
No underage drinking
No subleasing
No rearranging furniture
Must be 25 and older to rent and must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation
Guest must follow township recycling and trash instructions
Guest must put dirty dishes, pot and pan in dishwasher to wash before checking out

OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS by new township ordinance
We are Now Accepting Summer Reservations for Guests 25 and over and Mature Couples & Adults 21 years or older subject to the conditions of Seaside Ordinance # 179. see below
As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
