Rented the house for July 2023. Had a 23 Ft center console there. Clint took the time to show me the best ways in and out of the neighborhood, some fishing spots and vendors in town to help with a boat issue we had. The view is amazing, the ac was nice and cold and we loved the private beach to launch the kayaks and paddle board from daily. Great spot to relax with the family.

Underwater fish lights were a nice surprise. Action packed fishing right from the dock. I was nervous about our boat and the super shallow water, but once we figured out the best way to get to the ocean, we had no problems. House was more spacious than expected and plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles and our boat trailer. Useable living space on the lower level was also a big bonus. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend the sane to anyone. Good times!

Great sunsets. Low boat traffic. Nice neighborhood. Very peaceful.
Every thing we needed to cook was in the kitchen.

We had a perfect experience with Clinton in the process of renting and occupying this right sized, well equipped home with drop-dead sunset views. More over, it is an excellent location for our expedition kayaking and long bike rides on vacant paved roads and exotic backcountry paths.
Clinton’s home worked very well for us, not oversized, easy to clean, great equipment, outstanding internet/TV service, a nicely sized heated pool and sandy beach ideal for launch/landing of our kayak.
Clinton was always helpful, non-intrusive and worked quickly with us to iron out the little kinks, he was the perfect host.
The neighbourhood was safe, secure and quiet. Mail and delivery services were very efficient.
The shallow waters of the Sugarloaf Key area provides an added benefit for kayakers like us, since the these waters and restricted areas prohibit large boats and high speeds in many of the small channels and vast flats.
The fishing was outstanding, the sky-diving was out of this world, quick access to Key West was a bonus for tourism/groceries and in short drives you find a farmers market (Wednesdays), a coffee roaster, two seafood stores (great specialties at each) and a excellent tackle store.
We will return to enjoy Clinton’s property as soon as possible. It is a jewel of serenity.

Great property, enjoyed our stay!
We stayed at Clint’s place for a month and had a great time at the house and exploring the area. The house was a great size for our group of 6. Additionally, the backyard was great - very private, bigger than we expected, and fully-fenced which was great for our dog. Would be happy to stay at this house again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay at South Point Sunset. The home is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with many beautiful, lush plantings.
We enjoyed sitting by the water and watching beautiful sunsets, or lounging by the pool during the day.
The house is clean, comfortable, very well stocked, and met all of our needs.
Clint is also a very friendly, attentive host.
We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Keys experience
My entire experience at this house far exceeded my expectations. The home is beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location right on the water offers great views and we watched the sunset most nights. The heated pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures It was really nice to enjoy Key West and then come home to a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place. Clint was super easy to work with and a great communicator.

Outstanding Keys Vacation Home!!
The home is beautiful, well laid out and appointed, and nicely updated. The location is fantastic. A small neighborhood with very little boat traffic out front and an easy drive to Key West. We brought our boat and the dockage was great with power, water, and a fish cleaning table. Clint, the owner/manager was a great communicator both before and during our stay and super accommodating. We will def be back. Book it, you'll be thrilled!!!

Fantastic family getaway
A great property to spend a month in the keys. Quiet and private with no one staring into your space during the day or night. The house has fantastic water and sunset views, is very well kept and nicely furnished. With a bath for each bedroom it accommodated us very well during our stay. The neighborhood was a short drive to key west, grocery stores and restaurants. Right across A1A, within walking distance, was a restaurant, marina with boat launch and boat rentals for the day. The pool is a must have for a stay in the keys and was cleaned every week during our stay. Absolutely nothing disappointed us during our trip. The host was very responsive to communications and made all aspects of this property rental an easy and anxiety free experience....
