We had a great time during our stay! There was plenty of room for our group of 9. The location was very convenient to the restaurants, grocery store in Frazier, and Winter Park Resort. The beds/linens were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We are from Texas and missed having a central AC, especially in the afternoon/evening. We would have loved having a couple of additional fans to circulate air in the evenings. Overall, this wasn’t a big deal and we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for a small get away and it exceeded expectations. Perfect location and a perfect home. We are hoping to make it an annual thing!

Loved our stay at this home! Beautiful home with all of the amenities a person could want or need. Fantastic location that allowed our family to ride the FREE bus directly to the ski hill. Saved us so much time and money. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family had such a good time during our Winter Park vacation. There was something for everyone and this location provided the perfect base camp. My husband and I were able to hop on our bikes directly from the house and ride lots of trails. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Will most definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for two families! It had 2 master suites, two living rooms, private hot tub and on the free ski bus route. I cant think of anything else we we could've needed. Such cute furnishings and the couches were so comfy. Thanks for hosting us, well definitely be back.

Perfect for two families!
We loved this end unit town home. The private hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes. The home is beautifully appointed and decorated. I appreciated a fully stocked kitchen as we did a lot of cooking. The bunk room worked out great for the kids. The decor was beautiful and all areas were updated.
It was an easy drive to downtown winter park. The shuttle system was very packed, but we traveled over a holiday weekend so it was expected.
We had a great stay and really enjoyed our experience.

This was our annual ski trip and this time the grandkids came for the first time. There were 10 of us. This home was chosen specifically for the bunk beds and the queen under one of the bunks. You dont find that very often. The house was roomy and the 2 living areas was perfect for us. The grandkids had a place to watch tv separately. There were 2 other reasons we chose this home and that was the location to the shuttle to winter park which was at the end of the street and the private spa. The kitchen had most everything you needed to cook. We cooked 2 meals for the day, breakfast and dinner. Skiers took sandwiches for lunch. There were a couple things in the kitchen we would have liked is better knives, i.e. vegetable knife and better scissors. Also there was only one sauce pan. Not her one would have been nice to have especially when cooking for a large group. One review said there were a lot of games. Not!! Glad we brought some. There are a fair amount of books but not games. The only ones were monopoly and scrabble.
I would recommend replacing the twin mattress. My adult daughter slept in there and she said the mattress sags and was not comfortable. Everyone else said their beds were comfortable.
Tip: Make sure you dont turn up the heat past 65 or you will get hot! We turned on the first place and fan the first evening and regretted it. The heat goes to the top and the master bedroom window wouldnt open to let cool air in. It was probably frozen. The body heat from everyone warmed the main floor to 70-71 degrees. We never turned the heat up or turned on the fireplace after that.
Tip #2: the dryer is touch sensitive. Follow the directions and youll have no problem. I have an ADHD daughter in law who couldnt seem to master it.
In the bathrooms there is only body wash/shampoo available. No lotion. Bring your own, you will need it.
We loved this house and when we come back to Winter Park we will reserve this house again.

My family enjoyed staying at this property so much. It is beautifully decorated and convenient to all of our activities. SkyRun came by and shoveled snow away from our walkway to our vehicles each day. The hot tub was a hit for my young adult kids. There were board games we played as a family and we enjoyed cooking our meals and eating all together at the dinner table. It was also equipped with a high chair and a playpen for my 15 month granddaughter, which made things easier for us. We will definitely return for another vacation here.

Overall we had a great time. We paid top dollar to stay at he house so our expectations were high. The response from mgmt was great when we needed something. The kitchen had lots of nice equipment which we wish would have been listed in the amenities. We brought lots of things we could have left at home had we known. Our only real disappointment was the really inadequate grill. It is bottom of the line and maybe good for hotdogs or hamburgers. So, if you like to cook be forewarned not to depend on the grill. It would also make sense for visitors to be able to open the garage from outside as then coming in with boots etc would be easier. We would have left them in the garage or the mud room more easily. We were blessed with some beautiful snow so that’s what caused this suggestion.

We have stayed at a few properties in this neighborhood and absolutely love it every time. The place was clean and so cute. The set up was great for our kids and my sisters family. Two families fit perfect with space to play and roam. Would absolutely come back to this property!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE
the house exceeded our expectations! it was very spacious and had everything we needed. the only downfall was that their was no AC, so we had to have the windows open. it got very hot at night. but other then that, the house was prefect!

Very clean, new property, fresh and modern. Property description says only 2 bathrooms but it actually has 3 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs, which was a bonus. Only downside was a lack of privacy on the back patio - luckily for us, there were no guests in the adjoining duplex at the time of our stay - had there been, it would have been a little uncomfortable using the hot tub with strangers just a few feet away and no visual barrier. That being said, the house was in an awesome location, minutes from everything in Fraser with a walking/biking trail right out the back yard (the pond out back was completely dry) and a pretty stream running through the neighborhood. Very Nice!!!!
