Eher gemischt.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr schön. Frühstück hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Der Umzug vom Zimmer 214 ins Zimmer 230 war unsere beste Entscheidung. Leider mußten wir dafür aber zuzahlen.

Das Zimmer 214 hat das LOEV nicht nötig !!! Es ist zu klein und zu eng. Keine Aussicht vom sogenannten Balkon, ringsherum nur auf kahle Wände. Einfach katastrophal !! Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für diese Unterkunft ist nicht angemessen. Unsere Urlaubsstimmung fiel auf Null. Die langen Wartezeiten bei der Parkgarage nervten und funktioniert haben sie nicht immer.

Urlaub war ok, aber leider enttäuscht von der Situation am Strand, wir würden nicht wieder nach Binz fahren.

Sehr zentrale Lage, viele Möglichkeiten außerhalb zu essen. Zimmer sauber. Personal freundlich.

Zimmer unter dem Dach leider mit Kind nicht so gut, da sehr warm. Leider hat mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun war am Hundestrand gar nichts mehr, kein Imbiss oder Strandkorb und wir sind das zweite mal nur wieder hin gefahren wegen dem sonst tollen Hundestrand, leider macht die Verwaltung alles kaputt.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Abwechslung

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem schönen Hotel und waren positiv beeindruckt. Das Hotel, der Service, das Frühstück sowie der SPA mit Pool und Saunen, alles 👍. Unser Zimmer war hell und modern ausgestattet. Auch die positive Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber vierbeinigen Wegbegleitern muss man hier erwähnen, es gibt nicht viele Hotels davon. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder Mal für einen Aufenthalt vorbei. PS: lieben Dank für das Zimmer-Upgrade

Luxus, Gemütlichkeit und Wärme

Wir hatten eine Suite und die war wirklich toll. Innen super gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Ein großer übernachter Balkon mit seitlichen Meerblick war auch dabei. Das Frühstück war wirklich vielfältig, lecker und toll und der Spa-Bereich, den wir auch noch nach dem Check-out nutzen durften sehr gemütlich, sauber und warm. Das Personal war stets freundlich, insbesondere die Dame an der Rezeption und wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Prima Hotel

Wir waren jetzt das dritte mal hier ,uns gefällt sehr gut die Zimmeraufteilung und wie wunderbar sauber es immer wieder ist. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch.

Uns fehlt eine schöne Hotellobby wo man abends ein Cocktail zu sich nehmen kann.

Erholsam, lecker und leider zu kurz.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue auf das Buffet gefreut! Der spa Bereich war auch super schön und sehr sauber. Alle waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind mit Baby verreist und hatten, ohne vorherige Anfrage, bereits einen Windeleimer und ein babybett auf dem Zimmer. Auch beim Frühstück wurde für unsere Tochter extra mit gedeckt und ein Hochstuhl parat gestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, mitten im "Geschehen". Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite, die sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile besaß (normalgroßer Kühlschrank, kleine Spüle, kleine Nespressomaschine, auf Wunsch Wasserkocher). Die Grösse der Suite war sehr gut, sogar mit kleinem Raumteiler zwischen Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Auf beiden Seiten dieses Teilers befand sich ein großer Fernseher. Eine Spatasche mit 2 grossen Saunahandtüchern und Schlappen gehörten ebenso dazu, wie ein flauschiger Bademantel...........................es wurde an alles gedacht.

Nice staying in Binz

We came to Binz to diversify our stay in Karlovy Vary for 4 nights.We wanted something different and we decided to visit Rugen Island.We chose Loev Hotel because this hotel with history.And It was right choice.I contacted with Sandro Vogel In check in and check out time.I want to say that she is great professional and very nice personality.She did everything to make us feel ease and pleasant during our stay at the hotel. We liked everything.Nice clean room,good atmosphere,great breakfast,kind staff in restaurant,good location.I strongly recommend Loev hotel to stay in Binz and would like to thank Sandra for the best hospitality.

Exceptional

Great location in the centre, 2 minutes from the beach. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good. The suite was really cozy, clean and well designed. Also the spa area was everything we hopes for for our weekend stay! :) Definitely recommended!

Rooms and location great, but service extremely poor.

The location is great and the room was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool and the saunas. All very stylish.

The staff at the hotel could have been friendlier. A smile now and then would have been nice. At the restaurant Lotta Ciao, which I understand belongs to the hotel, it was particularly bad during the evening; the staff was extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Some examples: - Several guests got wrong orders; sometimes several times. It was like watching a comedy; - We ordered some soft drinks and got bottles, but no glasses. So we asked for glasses. The girl looked at us with an arrogant face and said “oh, you want glasses too!? Ok, I can bring some”. It is not the kind of answer you expect; - Then when we wanted to pay, we had to wait 20 (!) minutes to have someone bring us the bill. When we get the bill, it was of course full of mistakes. The breakfast staff at Lotta Ciao was friendlier. However… - There was no warm food readily available. We had to queue up for 10min with our plates to get some simple scrambled eggs and bacon; - The yogurt was not being cooled, so completely warm. Not very nice. - Our milk at the table was empty, so we asked for a refill. Instead, the girl took one from the table next to us. It was standing in full sunshine and obviously the milk was completely warm and could not be used. - One of the male servants dropped a bottle on the floor. There was glass EVERYWHERE on the floor. He wasn’t bothered though, but instead collected dirty plates from other tables. Only 10min later did he come back to remove some of the glass. He left quit a bit though, so I had to tell one of the girls to remove the rest because the pieces were 3cm big and people were wearing sandals. - Many of the staff speak very poor German and English equally bad. This causes a lot of confusion. - There was no hand sanitizer by the breakfast buffet. This is standard nowadays and for a high-end hotel something you can expect. We had to ask one of the girls to bring some. Next morning same problem, so clearly they are not taking feedback.

The hotel was ideally placed in the centre of Binz, the room was beautiful (it looked recently done up), the pool was beautiful and the breakfast in the new restaurant amazing!!

Nice hotel

Breakfast was excellent on Sunday and Monday, but Tuesday was not so grand may be due to fewer guests. The location is excellent: it is almost directly to the seaside and restaurants and cafes are just next door. The staffs are friendly and efficient. The balcony was on the side street, we could enjoy our coffee very relaxingly.

The towels had some stains. It was not very pleasant. We had a junior maisonette suite. It was much more expensive than a standard junior suite, but it was much smaller. I think it is fair if they are at the same price.

Even if not so much space, the room was really very nicely designed with a balcony. It was quiet (I stayed at the side of the courtyard). Breakfast great! Big choice and the service was top. Nothing to complain. The hotel is very close to the beach and next to the promenade. Bikes can be rented nearby. I simply loved my stay in Binz and at Loev.

The only thing I did not like was the water tap (English style). Pity that in the newly renovated hotel, the management decided to install this type of a tap. I assume it takes some time for guests to get used to it and it causes too much water waste. This was actually the only thing that bothered me.

Good reception staff nicely decorated room

I love the newly renovated rooms. However we were in the tower suite which is too low for my husband who had to duck to enter some rooms. Also can’t open windows in the tower bedroom which made it really hot being the rooftop. Breakfast quality was very good. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant too but wasn’t serviced after 30 minutes being seated so we decided to leave. Reception staff were very nice and personal. Restaurant staff needs to improve.

Room height and no balcony now window openings at tower suite. Restaurant staff stressed unfriendly and didn’t provide dinner service at reasonable timing.
