Nette Lage, Hotel für anspruchslose Menschen passabel.

Kurze Wege zu Geschäften und Läden, zur Promenade und zum Strand.

Relativ heruntergekommen, vieles im schlechten Zustand, Wasserhahn tropft, Kochplatte im extrem schlechten Zustand, Geschirr und Kochutensilien nicht ausreichend (ein Glück dass ich allein war und nicht kochen musste). Die Lüftungsöffnungen sehr staubig und so weiter. Das einzige was einwandfrei war - die Toilette. Neu und sauber. Das Personal war auch eher verhalten und reserviert, nur beim Auschecken sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte gewisse Probleme damit, die Hotelrechnung zu bekommen (reserviert und bezahlt uber booking.com). Ich musste 5 mal bei unterschiedlichen Menschen an der Rezeption danach fragen und es hieß immer - "keine Rechnung, kriegen Sie von booking.com", ich weiß aber, dass eine Rechnung nur das Hotel ausstellen kann und habe es immer wieder versucht zu kommunizieren, erfolglos. Erst nachdem der Kundenservice von mir kontaktiert wurde, habe ich eine Rechnung per Mail als Bild (kein PDF) bekommen. Das ist natürlich etwas ärgerlich.

It was a different property and one of the manager was very helpful unfortunately I forgot his name.

No breakfast was served .

There was so much air-conditioning noise.

Nice apartments just far from city

Different feelings about staff when i was at place they was very nice the problem and my disappointment is that they they don’t communicate over messages so i had small issues i was trying contact them 5min after booking was made however they haven’t answered in about 3 weeks!!! Only when i was arrived and started complain about they should communicate with customers they ungraded my room to better one so finally I’m happy about them but anyway they should take attention for better communication. The rest was really nice perfect apartments for price you paying.

No communication from hotel side until you reach them directly at place so if you have any questions they will not answer. Location a bit far from metro or even bus station so you have to take taxi as only option of walk to nearest buss stop which are ~2km away if you are there around middle May - September that’s not option to walk under +40+ degrees also taxi are more expensive from/tp there if it’s matter.

The hotel was very good also the services and the staffs. Specifical thanks to mehuli from the reception She was very helpful and also the manager was very helpful😊

They have upgraded me from a single room to a suite which I loved about for free.

unfortunately the bedroom in the apartment had a bit thin walls, resulting I could hear the other bedroom just behind me on a 14th of Feb... you can guess the sounds I guess.

Location and parking

1-Two bed rooms haven't bath rooms, they are outside the room share. 2-The hotel withdrawn money directly from my account for one day and when I arrived there, they insist for me to pay full money for two days, and the money withdraw and suppose to be credited to my account still not received yet, already passed 5 days.

Big and spacy apartment close to Al Khan beach.

Apartment was really big (one dining room, one sleeping room, fitted kitchen, two WC, one washroom). Very close to Al Khan beach - walking distance (about 7 minutes by foot). Ask for special voucher for beach in the reception to avoid pay 10 AED for each beach visit. In night time it very quiet in the room because the apartment main building is little bit away from the main street. TAXI- s are quite cheep to move in the city.

On TV set - TV programs mainly in arabic, chinese, korean and other eastern languages. Tv programs in European languages are not available or very few. Only some films available in English. Only some sockets are available in very big and spacy apartment. Keep in mind - for public transport you need special local card and payments in cash or by credit/debet card are not available in local transport.

The stay wasn‘t satisfiying at all for me, but I believe the price was good for this value.

The location was nice, near the beach& the staff was nice.

The place is old, the furniture was old and the rooms smelled. No air or sun actually gets in the rooms. The mattress was in a bad condition. All the facilities were not maintained.
