About this house rental

Cute Charleston style two level home close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Home features granite countertops, subway tile, wood flooring downstairs, carpet and tile upstairs, crown molding, a dining area with built in bench seating, farmhouse sink, gas fireplace, wrap around porch with outdoor grill and lots of storage. Laundry room is upstairs right outside of the bedrooms. Garage is in the back of the home. Wonderful location, close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade and I-49.

Enjoyed the stay. Very near activity center. Having the garage was a plus. Beds were a bit dated, and the overall outside maintenance of the house takes away from the experience. A little paint and stump removal could go a long way. Also, just sweep the garage.

We were only here for one night but the host was accommodating in letting us check in a littler earlier than 4, the space of the home is AMAZING! It’s just as described in the listing and I will definitely be back. Beautiful home and in a quiet neighborhood as well! Very close to the amp which was a blessing for the show we went to!

The condo was perfect for our family. The upstairs is very spacious with the rooms spaced out nicely. The neighborhood is really nice and the location is great for going to the AMP.

We loved this place for our girls trip to see a concert at Walmart AMP. We also did some hiking and trail walks around the area. Cute town and perfect place for the stay!

We only stayed one night, for a concert, and the property fit our needs. The townhome is outdated, but is outfitted completely. We only received on message from the owner regarding how to get in to property, but did not have info on check out or WiFi. Not a huge deal, since we were only staying one night! Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Location was perfectly close to the AMP, and easy to access the interstate!

Communication with host was fine, but a lot of little issues: 1) no batteries in TV remote, 2) some glasses in cabinet were dirty, 3) the outdoor grill is old and burners did not work well, 4) had to call host to get WiFi password, 5) there was no notebook with info & checkout instructions.

We came to the area to stay for 2 days before moving further south for the eclipse. We had a fantastic time and the house was a great location for our needs.

The house was clean above all else. Perfect location for our needs. Master bathroom is roomy, better than our home. Only issue was TV. Not a fan of ROKU. Some information about service provider, etc. would be helpful.

Great location everything was within 15min depending on traffic. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious beautiful modern home. Only negative i have are minor and more of a preference like no tv in the bedroom and the garage door opener was a little tricky for me lol otherwise would definitely stay again and probably will.

Great location if you are going anywhere in NWA. There is road construction going on road to enter entrance to VRBO. Sign will say road closed but you can drive down the road.

Excellent property for families, well appointed and comfortable, quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, stores and attractions within 5 minutes, well located with easy access to all NW Arkansas attractions from Fayetteville to Bella Vista, we would definitely book again, very reasonably priced

We stayed in Rogers to attend a family wedding. This location had tons of space for our family of 6. The garage access was very convenient as it was pouring rain when we arrived. Being very close to shopping and food was nice. This home was a great launchpad for our activities.

This home was just perfect for our family visit to Bentonville/Rogers. Located near shopping and restaurants, the place was perfect. 3 bedrooms upstairs with living, kitchen and 1/2 bath down, we were all quite comfortable. It was nice to have a garage too. We enjoyed our stay!

This property served our needs perfectly bc of the location and easy access to the surrounding amenities. We really enjoyed our stay there and felt comfortable. We had a little trouble trying to get the right channels on the downstairs tv bc there were no instructions and would have appreciated some instructions regarding garbage day and any specific requests before checkout as most rental homes have for their guests. Overall, we had a great stay! And would book again.

We had family come in from out of town and stayed at this property. If was perfect! Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The home is close to Pinnacle mall, lots of dinning and very close to the highway.
