With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one ensuite, everyone can have a place to rest and get their own personal retreat.

Feel free to use the provided kayaks and paddleboards to explore the lake or take a leisurely bike ride to the nearby restaurants and shops.
No Dogs, No Parties or Events, No parking in the Grass or Road. This is a quiet family neighborhood, please respect our neighbors and no noise after 10pm.

This VRBO sets the standards to a wholenother level. Every detail in this house is just thought thru and there is not a single thing we as guests were missing. We were simply amazed and had the best VRBO experience that we could have ever imagined. Thanks to Stu , Cathy and the whole team!

The property is fantastic and if you pick up food and drinks upon arrival, there’s really no reason to leave with the pool to relax at, and the lake to fish and kayak in. If you feel the need to get out, location didn’t feel touristy but there’s plenty of options for take out and dine in meals in the area.

The property was immaculate, the hosts extremely helpful, and the stay was extraordinary. Well known for efficiency, these hosts are extremely responsive and take their task seriously in providing a stay that will provide a much needed respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Of particular note is a well curated reading selection to help keep the mind active during any guest’s stay with a wide array of material certain to spark interest across a wide swath of potential vacationers.

Our travel group included ages 6-84, and this property was perfect for everyone. The layout provided privacy and space for everyone. The pool and spa are gorgeous and heated to a comfortable temperature. Some unexpected gems with this property include the nature (we spotted a huge iguana, many bird species and a variety of large fish) as well as a well stocked kitchen and the several different seating areas to enjoy the sunshine or shade at any time of day. Thanks for a lovely stay-we will be back :)

Beautiful property. Exactly as described. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed fishing, swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. Located close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Wonderful hosts. Plan to stay there again next year.

We have spend a couple days at this wonderful property. We liked every moment spent there. Perfectly clean and located at nice lake, close to restaurants and family fun spots. We had really pleasant time kayaking, soaking in very pretty spa and pool. I highly recommend this property for vacation, family reunion, romantic get away. It has everything needed for every age. Thank you so much Stu for letting us to have our time at the property!

Beautiful house in a good location. Beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. We found everything we needed to feel at home. The pool and hot tub exceeded our expectations. Warm salty water in which you can swim and admire the sunset and sunrise. We highly recommend this house to everyone who likes beautiful interiors and beautifully kept plants around the house. We had a great stay at the property. The pool/outside area overlooking the canal was great. Everything was very clean & well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Even though we didn't use it, the garage/game area was also a great space. The bedroom setup was also perfect for our group. I would definitely stay at the property again if I was in the Ft Myers area.

This property is so welcoming and has everything you need. The beds we’re comfortable, tons of towels, the pool and hot tub were top notch. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and spotted iguanas! Great memories and would definitely rent from Cathy and Stu again.

Perfect house for our baseball tournament in fort meyers. Max 30 minutes from all fields. House had plenty of space, looked brand new inside, 2 sets of washers/dryers were a huge plus. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit as well. Stu was the perfect host, great communication and checked in to make sure we were happy. 10 plus out of 10 for sure!!!

Wonderful time at Sea Glass in Cape Coral, FL. Property was as advertised and the view was awesome. Very clean and decorated very cute. We appreciated Stu & Cathy sharing their vacation home with us. We would definitely rent from them again.

Our stay was wonderful!! The pool and hot tub were amazing, as well as the communication with the hosts. The house was wonderfully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool did not have a cage, but we loved that even more. We could swim and hot tub while looking out at the lake! I don’t know who loved it more: the kids or the adults!! Overall, it was a great rental and we will definitely come back!!

We had an amazing stay in Cathy&Stu’s vacation house. We enjoyed the pool especially the kids. The fishing and kayaking was a great experience. We all shouted to joy when we were able to catch a fish. The house is so beautiful,cozy and relaxing to stay with. The cleanliness is superb. Truly, one of the best and memorable vacations we have. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers staying for a week coming in for a baseball tournament. We had a great time! The house was great. The pool, outside sitting area, fishing off the dock, kayaking etc., really made this trip a perfect vacation. I had the pleasure of meeting Stu during our stay and he’s a great guy. Without a doubt I’d book another stay at any of his Vrbo listings. Thank you for such a well maintained home that doesn’t disappoint.

We were in awe the entirety of our stay here. Everything we possibly could have needed was provided. The home was perfect, clean and exactly as the pictures show. The sunset view was truly an experience to remember. We were fortunate to meet the very kind owners one day of our stay while they ensured our pool was kept to standards. We couldn’t have found a complaint here if we tried. Very pleased. We will stay at another one of their homes in the future knowing we won’t be disappointed.

We were in town and stayed here with (2) other families for a baseball tournament. The house is very nice, was very clean and had everything we needed for our home away from home. There was plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub is AMAZING! The boys loved the pool. Will definitely try to stay here again when we come back in town.

This house worked out perfect for our family. We had 8 of us in the house ranging in age from 3 to 46 with plenty of space for everyone! The pool was great, especially the splash pads on each end for the 3 year old. We really appreciated the toys available to play with (water toys for the pool and toys inside the house). Also, having a beach wagon, beach chairs, sand toys and beach umbrellas were an added bonus!

This property was amazing, we had a wonderful time and spent most of it at the property. We were a little surprised at how busy the road was but as soon as you walked inside or to the backyard it was a completely different world and felt secluded, quiet and luxurious.

Stu was great and quick to respond to texts! The house is beautiful and definitely has a wow factor! We enjoyed the pool all day every day! We didn't want to leave and everyone wants to go back! Thank you Stu for giving us a safe place to go! The only downside was the traffic at night, if you're used to city life it's probably no biggy but we came from the country of complete silence and darkness when we sleep 😂 still so great and funn!

The kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was renovated nicely. It has a nice pool and view on the lake. Unfortunately, the pool cage was wrecked during hurricane Ian so it was removed. As such, the pool and lanai area was unusable starting after 5pm due to biting gnats and other bugs. Upon entering the home , there was a continuous strong chemical smell in the house which remained. One of the bedrooms and the bathroom was infested with ants and there were cockroaches which made that room unusable. As such, we had to adjust sleeping arrangements which required one person to sleep on the couch. We selected this rental based on certain criteria (pool with pool cage, the number of bedrooms, cleanliness, and location). We were unable to fully utilize the pool and a bedroom.
