A lovely place to stay with a large group.

fantastic to have 5 big bedrooms and large beds and 4 bathrooms. it was warm and cosy.

there was not enough lounge seating or comfortable chairs to relax in for 10 people which it catered for.

Great property for a group with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean, comfortable, attractive and great appliances. Located close to town whether you want to drive or up for a scenic but steep walk.

Group of 8 all enjoyed ourselves and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Amenties great, house was very comfortable and for a group of 8 a good size plenty of space for everyone and lovely outside area to sit in.

Only negative was Bedroom 2 was extremely dusty, you could see the dust sitting on the shelf, floor, window blinds and mirror. Friend dropped something on the floor which rolled under the bed and when she bent down to locate it her comment was "obviously no one had swept or vacuumed for a very long time as the "dust bunnies" were very thick. Also cobwebs hanging from the door frame into the ensuite in this bedroom. If this bedroom had been as clean as the rest of the house would have had no hesitation in giving it an "exceptional" rating.

We had a lovely stay at Frazer Place.

Location was nice and peaceful but not within walking distance to any shops. Every room having en-suite was a luxury and the house is a comfortable size. Great coffee machine in kitchen with bonus coffee beans supplied.

The house had a bit of a musky damp smell. Most beds on rollers on floor boards so the bed moved every time you sat on it. This was an issue for us because we had a 92yr old with us. Fortunately there was a bed on legs in one of the room that didn’t move. Kitchen pantry could have some more basic supplies needed for cooking.

We all had a wonderful time.

Location was lovely. The property was well appointed. Response to messages were prompt and supportive.

Attention to clear cobwebs and spiders before arrival and a welcome pack would have been nice.

We found the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms really good.

The location was good. The kitchen was good. The lounge was good. It was nice to each have a bedroom and ensuite. Great to arrive to music playing in the house.

The outside garden is overgrown. The front garden can do with some trimming of bushes near the front door and driveway. There were cobwebs hanging from the lounge ceiling.

The house was set up nicely. we had a good time.

nice house with a garden. three bathrooms are really convenient for 8 of us. The kitchen has everything we need.

The power was off for three hours on our first day. I had to try a few ways to connect to the property manager in this period of time. the Wi-Fi was really slow in last two days.

Magical place, filled with creature comforts that remind you of home.

This was a well designed and thought through house. Frazer place is a smart house, with devices in every room that connected to Alexia. Frazer place is spacious, comfortable, cozy and it felt like you were home. Heaters were on and soft music was playing on our arrival. There was ample of crockery and cutlery with a wonderful coffee machine as well. Toiletries were supplied as well. Will definitely be back.

Nothing it was a great place. If l had a complaint, just needed an extra few tea towels than the two provided.

was great just a couple of things need to be looked at,I would stay there again the house was beautiful

lots of rooms and the space and feel was great.

The house needed to be cleaned better and there was mould on curtains and In some rooms.Also the house always smelled musty so we bought incense to burn,But apart from that we loved staying there the heated toilet seats were a hit lol….

Comfy house, perfect for our adult family attending wedding celebrations

Great to have 4 bedrooms with ensuites.the garden was perfect for a barbecue.great kitchen and living area

We were advised we would be notified by message if we could access the property early, but no message was sent/received.this was disappointing
