lovely and comfortable place in a small town

The place was well planed, vey well laid out, all the little comforts you need for a stay away from home. Very clean and very well looked after. Host was polite, available, patient and responsive at all times.

For the summer time, there's a need for light blankets, may be fans will help or aircondition

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Wellnessbereich war auch schön.

Der Ausblick ausm Fenster auf eine stillgelegte Fabrik war jetzt nicht so idyllisch.

Ich war das zweite mal im Resort Vrchlabi. Kleines Apartment für zwei Personen. Alles Notwendige für einen kurzen Urlaub vorhanden. Ein tolles Bett 160x200. Auf die Sauberkeit wird ebenfalls Wert gelegt👍

Alles super, dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

War sehr entspannt

Das Apartment war sehr schön und sauber. Man hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

ich möchte mich zunächst dafür bedanken, dass Sie während unseres Aufenthalts den Frühstücksservice angeboten haben. Die Idee, das Frühstück direkt ins Apartment zu liefern, hat uns sehr angesprochen und war einer der Gründe, warum wir uns für Ihre Unterkunft entschieden haben. Leider muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass unsere Erfahrung mit dem Frühstücksservice weit hinter unseren Erwartungen zurückgeblieben ist. Gemäß der Beschreibung sollten wir einen umfangreichen Korb mit verschiedenen Produkten erhalten, darunter Schwarzteebeutel, Kaffee, Saft, Mineralwasser oder Limonade, verschiedene Brotaufstriche, gekochte Eier, Schinken-, Salami- und Käsescheiben, Joghurt sowie Gebäck. Jedoch haben wir bei vier bestellten Frühstückspaketen lediglich 2x Kaffee, 2x gekochte Eier, 1x Honig und kein Joghurt erhalten. Diese Diskrepanz zwischen dem versprochenen und dem gelieferten Service war nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern führte auch dazu, dass uns am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts kaum noch Optionen für ein Frühstück zur Verfügung standen. Zudem wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sich das Frühstücksangebot stets ändert. Diese Information war uns zuvor nicht bewusst und fand sich auch nicht in der Beschreibung des Services. Wir hätten eine solche Flexibilität verstehen und sogar begrüßen können, wenn die grundlegende Qualität und Quantität des Frühstücks gewährleistet worden wären. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Wir hoffen, dass Sie unser Feedback als Möglichkeit sehen, den Service zu überprüfen und zu verbessern, damit zukünftige Gäste eine Erfahrung erhalten, die den Beschreibungen entspricht und ihre Erwartungen erfüllt.

Pokud máte dlouhé auto, tak se do garáže nevlezete, ale jsou i krytá stání venku, takže no problemo, garáž beru jako takový extra bonus který opravdu nutně nepotřebuji Resort je vedle hlavní cesty, takže v pokojích ze strany od hlavní cesty i přes zavřená okna lehce šumí projíždějicí auta, ale přes den si toho nevšimneš, pouze nad ránem v posteli, když je absolutní klid

Miejsce dobre na nocleg lecz apartamnet zbyt mały.

Umeblowanie apartamentu nie wygodne. W ofercie była wymieniona zmywarka na wyposażeniu , w rzeczywistości w apartamencie jej nie było. Aparament bardzo mały , brak dobrych wieszaków na kurtki.

Dobry apartament dla aktywnych

Dobra lokalizacja - blisko do stoku. Apartamentowiec jest nowy, więc i wyposażenie jest świeże - wszystko działało bez zarzutu. Czysta łazienka i pokój. Duży parking oraz łatwy dostęp do samochodu i na zewnątrz.

Braki w wyposażeniu pokoju. Przede wszystkim nie posiada on szafy, ani miejsca na wieszaki. Brak TV. Odrealnione ceny spa.

We komen nog wel een keer terug!

netjes, schoon en heerlijk ruim. de bedden waren mooi opgemaakt en er stond een fles rose op tafel. Verder hadden we een privé afsluitbare garagebox en dat was best lekker.

in principe geen opmerkingen, maar het zou handig zijn als er een bijvoorbeeld een stofzuiger zou zijn.

Pobyt bardzo udany, apartament znakomity

Bardzo ładny, wygodny, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Czysto, cicho, miły personel. Obiekt zapewnia parking. Bezpłatny Netfix. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Clean and spacious apartment. Nice if you want to explore the surroundings of Vrclabi.

The apartment is very spacious, new and very clean. Very comfortable beds and great shower. The location is good if you would like to explore the surroundings of Vrclabi; the center of Vrclabi is a 20-25 minutes walk but you could take a taxi as well of course.

the were some constructions work/road works going on every morning starting from 6 am... we reported this, and after 2 days a small financial compensation including a bottle of wine was offered. This is of course kind and we appreciate that, however, it still was not possible to enjoy the silence of this beautiful place in the morning. In the afternoon, it was ok, as the workers went home by 4 I think. The balcony has only 3 chairs, but no small table. No shelves in the bathroom. As it seemed to be low season, the reception was not occupied unless I think Friday and Saturday afternoon.

Superb

The room was very modern and spacious. There is a washing machine with the dryer, which is very handy. (No detergent provided though). There is also a dishwasher (detergent provided). The room provides almost everything you need for a short stay.

It is a bit far from any of the ski areas nearby. It is about 20 minutes walk to Bubakov, but 2 minutes drive. There is only one small shop nearby.

Good heating, facilities, private parking, personal storage room for skies ( with heater for boots ), soundproof.

Check-in from 4pm only (!) and check out already at 10am - very inconvenient. First message from property was not very welcoming ( list of stricts rules ). Small window for apartments on ground floor ( not mentioned in description while booking ), not so comfortable bed - 2 separate mattresses with the hole between, expensive wellness.

Exceptional

Beautiful, clean apartment that feels like home - you even get home-shoes included. With a river-exposed window you get an amazing, calming sound which is not discturbing when window is closed. Peacefull area, great to visit all seasons, easy to access from main roads. Fully equiped kitched so you can cook yourself and yet eating out locations can be accessed even on foot. Extra amount of white towels (at least 2 per head), additional separate room space for skii gear (skii shoes dryer included!), parking slot on premises. Great reception service, helpful, nice and kind. Overall, you get an exquisite quality stay for a good price. Would definitely recommend Resort Vrchlabi for a weekend or longer stay, might visit again when traveling to that area.

Luxury rooms and free parking expensive sauna.

Luxury rooms, and spacious storage. Nice beds.

Not getting a covered parking spot while 90% of those where un-used. For this price would expect some room service but there was non. Also sauna is very expensive, not sure why not make it free and incorporate it in the price.
