Recently renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo in Lakeview Condos! New hardwood floors and both bathrooms have been updated. Well stocked kitchen with all amenities, and a washer/dryer. Ground level condo, with a charming lake view from the back deck. Great space to relax away from it all. Only 2.2 miles away from the Village of Pinehurst. Access to the community pool! Parking is first come, first serve.
Unit has both a standard drip coffee maker and a keurig.

The location of the condo is excellent. Close to many good restaurants and the shops in the village. Excellent for golfers. The lake view was pretty and enjoyed. The condo does need more cleaning as found a dead roach on the floor by the sliding glass doors near the back balcony.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this location 3 weekends now and it is perfect for our needs for the weekends we come to the Pinehurst area to access Carolina Horse Park for a competition. will do so again if available!

Great week. Need a bi of housekeeping and equipment maintenance before guests check in. (Lamps inoperative, and some cleaning needed). Otherwise we loved the unit and the location.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was very well equipped. Guet bedroom could use a dres with drawers. The carpenter bee at the entrance were herendous and are borrowing into to the wood stairs. Pool was not open and that was a disappointment.

It is incredibly comfortable and in a wonderful location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. I use it as a getaway spot when visiting my grandmother, who enjoys relaxing there while looking at the peaceful water as I ready meals in the well-stocked kitchen!

Comfortable and great location near Pinehurst golf courses. The unit is near the pool and has a pretty view from the back patio. Some minor details need addressing like proper curtain/blind size for the windows and having a WiFi that works. The property management team was very responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, this rental was very nice and comfortable and we would recomend it. However, there were ants in the kitchen, the sliding door handle was broken and the dishwasher still had the dishes in them, although they were clean. The four of us are all over 76 and were attending a funeral. I had a leg injury and it would have been so helpful if there were grab bars in the bathroom/shower, especially the newer bathroom whose shower was very easy to get into. I brought along my own suction grab bar but was unable to use if bc the walls in the shower were not smooth enough. Overall, things were good and the grab bar is just a suggestion. I also suggest your cleaning people empty the dishwasher. :-)

Overall, the property was very nice, convenient and perfect for two golfers. Some small things need to be addressed, door stops, directions for the shower, tub did not drain, no soap. Nothing big, just a few small items that would enhance the experience.

Bed is small by todays standards and the "topper" that try's to expand or cover for old mattress is not so enjoyable. Know the room would struggle with King size bed, but see we are not only ones to have bed size complaint.

Mostly everything we needed. Beds were smaller than expected but there are two so we just slept separately. When the upstairs is occupied, the ceiling/floor really creaked. Only really affected us at night when sleeping since we were gone during the day. Great neighborhood and the lake and fountain very relaxing.

The view of he lake was beautiful. The only issue we had with the unit was the hot water. I believe that someone set the thermostat a little too low. The water was warm enough but not quite as hot as it should be. We have stayed and several Sandhills properties over the years and have never had a bad experience. We will be back!

Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of linens. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider for our visit next year.
