This is an amazing home that has recently been remodeled and it has unobstructed views of the ocean from almost every room in the house. You can sit out on the deck and just listen to the waves and watch the ocean. The beach access is right across the street at and you can see it in the photos. Please read further below about optional beach service too.
The layout and updates are as follows:
1st Floor: First floor has a bunk bedroom (two bunk beds) and a bonus 7th bedroom with daybed with trundle. There is also a first floor bathroom with shower. There is a 500 square foot game room on one side where the garage used to be. This has ping pong, pool table, foosball, tv and a pub table. New floors in bedrooms and new tile in bathrooms and redone showers and vanities. There is also a 500 square foot home movie theater that was just completed and the guests are currently using already. There is seating for 12-15 and includes all leather reclining seats, 120 inch screen, surround sound, and a bar area with bar seating for 4-6.
2nd Floor: The kitchen/living room/dining room has all been redone. Kitchen has new white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. Dining area seats 10 inside and outside 8 on the adjacent deck. Countertop seats 3. The living room has great views of the ocean. Porcelain tile throughout. 1/2 bath servicing this area with a new vanity and tile. A master bedroom rounds out the second floor with gulf views and couches on outdoor deck. It has a king bed and a separate daybed. It has also an ensuite bathroom with a corner jetted tub, two vanities and a tile shower. Hardwood floors in the master bedroom and tile in bathrooms. Porcelain tile in main area. Two deck areas, one on kitchen side and one for master bedroom.
3rd Floor: 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The 3rd floor master is on the left side of house when looking at the gulf. It has hardwood floors, king bed, and a daybed. It also has an ensuite with a soaking tub and tiled shower and 2 vanities. On the gulf side there is also a large king bedroom with a daybed with trundle. Sleeps 4. Then there is a queen bedroom. The bathroom for these two bedrooms will be the hallway bathroom with a newly tiled shower and new vanity. Rounding out the 3rd floor is a king bedroom pool side with an ensuite. The attached bath has a newly tiled shower and new vanity and new tile floor.
Golf Cart: Because local companies were charging our guests $165/day for golf carts we decided to do something about it. We went out and bought a fleet of golf carts for all of our houses (Harleman Vacation Rentals), and we now have them available for our guests to rent. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability.
Pool area: A new pool and spa has been installed with a pool, spa and palm trees surrounding it and soaking area for the pool. There is grass surrounding the pool.
Back deck: There is also a back deck that will has a grill and outdoor table and chairs.
The HOA has a communal pool, jacuzzi, tennis court/basketball court and a workout/fitness room. This is all a half block away.
Across the street is public access beach where you can just walk right to the beach and set up camp. You can also walk right across the street to the Crab Shack to get some food.
**Pool heat is $55 per day ($385 per week) plus tax March-May and September-November. It is recommended mid October through mid May. It is only available for the duration of the stay and not for partial days. Tax is added on to pool heat by the county.
** We offer a a discounted beach service. Many of our guests enjoy this amenity as it guarantees a reserved spot on the beach and does not require you to lug umbrellas and chairs back and forth yourself. Because we have a contract we can offer this service to you for the steeply discounted rate of $295.00+tax for 3 umbrellas and six chairs (this same service retails for $675 a week through the vendor).
**Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking. Pet fee is $150 per stay.
**This HOA does not allow overnight parking for large vehicles or tow vehicles including: uhauls, RV's, tow trailers, etc. If you have such a vehicle please inquire with us about how we may be able to accommodate it somewhere else outside the HOA before booking. My husband and I treated our adult children/spouses and our grandchildren to a week’s vacation at Destiny Breeze. This home was beautiful, comfortable, and located in a perfect spot! We had a great view of the Gulf and a short walk ( or golf cart ride) to the beach. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and a real hit with all the kids. After a long day at the beach, it was a welcome reprieve from the heat and sand.The theatre room was utilized nightly by the teens and everyone, young and old alike, enjoyed the game room.We put all the families with young kids on the upper floor so afternoon nap time was uninterrupted. My husband and I enjoyed the main floor bedroom and balcony. We did not hear any noise from the theater or family room while we were relaxing in our room. The bunk room downstairs provided a getaway for our single 21 year old who at times needed a break from all his nieces and nephews! The rental company was so easy to work with and provided us with all the information we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful and my husband and sons enjoyed utilizing the workout room . We highly recommend Destiny Breeze!!

Our family stayed at this property for a week to spend time together. This house was truly amazing! It exceeded our expectations in every way!! The common areas were very large allowing our family to gather and for the children, ages 1-12, to hang out together. The bedrooms were very spacious as well. The pool was amazing! It worked very well for our children as it has a "shelf" that allowed for easy access and a basketball hoop. It was not too deep so most all of them could stand. It was a good size so so they had plenty of room to play! they all loved it! The property has a large game room and a movie theater, which my family loved! The amenities were amazing!! Best of all it had access to a community pool and was very close to the beach!! We had an awesome time at this home!! Additionally, the property managers were very responsive to any needs we had!

Absolutely loved our stay at this home in Destin! The location was perfect. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The host was also very responsive and accommodating prior to and during our stay. The amenities were perfect for children of all ages, with a fantastic game room, cozy movie room, and a refreshing private pool. I recommended renting the golf cart and beach chair service. This is the place to stay to relax and enjoy the beauty of Destin!

We had a couple small issues, but Freya was quickly responsive via text. A handyman/maintenance person came to the house briefly to fix something, and he was so polite and personable.

We had a great time this week! The house was perfect for our family. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub! The movie theater was super cool and we had plenty for space for everyone to have some down time. There was a issue with the fire alarms but the owners took immediate care and made sure it was taken care of the right way. Also they did a great job of communicating and answering all questions.

If I could upgrade my 5 star rating to 6, I would. We had 4 families consisting of 6 children between the ages of 5 months to 14, and 8 adults between 37 and 73 for a total of 14 people. Each family had spacious, and comfortable bedroom accommodations and the bunk room for the 4 oldest children worked out perfectly. The kitchen was loaded with pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, you name it. We used the outdoor grill just off the kitchen on the second floor almost every night. Wifi was excellent. The deep, extra large washer and dryer was amazing. The pool was a major hit loving the wade ledge, hot spa and basketball hoop the most. The game and separate media rooms were used extensively. And the best part, the wonderful white sandy beach was a very short 3 minute walk. I strongly recommend getting the beach chair and umbrella service. We had 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas all set up and waiting for us everyday. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and touristy things to do. Destin Harbor was less than 20 minutes away and we took 12 family members to Crab Island renting a double decker pontoon boat which was a blast. I highly recommend this family activity. As with most large beach houses, there are many steps so persons with mobility issues would be a concern. Otherwise, great location and a beautiful, clean and spacious house. Again, the pool with pleasant blue lighting at night was a delight. Even the frog serenade each evening was very entertaining.

Destiny Breeze was perfect for our family of 16. There was something for all of us, ages 10 to 75.
We had a very hot week with a heat index over 100 five days in a row. Because of that, the game room, theater room, and pool were huge hits!
The short walk to the beach is fantastic, and I highly suggest taking advantage of the discounted beach chair/umbrella service. So worth it to have your own little spot already staked out when you walk over each morning!

We had an amazing time and enjoyed the location and all the amenities of the house. It fit the vacation perfectly. Everything we wanted. The host was incredible at communication and instructions and was very helpful with questions and requests. The ice maker went out and they didn’t have the part in yet to fix, so they just kept dropping off bags of ice which was wonderful. The only bummer was there was some noisy frogs at night, and they enjoyed the pool so we couldn’t use the hot tub after dark. Not the worst thing, and out of the owners control, it’s part of nature. No big deal. But would absolutely stay there again and rent from this owner in the future!!

Property is very nice and clean. Ice maker in freezer wasn’t working but property manager supplied ice to us for our needs. View of the gulf is perfect until a house gets built across the street, but until then you can see right out to the gulf in almost every bedroom. Location is just a short walk to the beach. Only drawback is that it’s a public beach and even though we paid for chair service (which I highly recommend) if we didn’t get down to the beach first thing, people would literally put their stuff up right in front of your chairs and umbrellas. Overall, great property with a great location…can’t go wrong here…

We loved our stay it was a great house with lots of room. Kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Just a couple minor maintenance issues because We did have trouble opening a couple door walls and an outside handle was broken off of the master bedroom door wall. We did pay for the heat for the pool but we would’ve really liked the Jacuzzi to work whenever we wanted to use it instead of only from 5pm to 10PM. Overall great house.

The house is very nice and has many amenities for teens to keep busy. We enjoyed to heated pool/hot tub, game and media rooms. We had some issues when we arrived and all were taken care of within a few hours of our stay. Great property host and east to work with. Thanks for the memories.

I can’t express how wonderful our stay was. We stayed an entire week at the beach, in this absolutely gorgeous house, and loved every minute.
We have a 2 year old daughter and she had more than she needed to keep her entertained. The private pool was awesome! It has a sitting area which was perfect for our daughter to play on comfortably. It came equipped with floats, noodles, and inflatable beach balls,. The media room was wonderful, and we loved watching movies together as a family. We played foos ball, pool, and table tennis almost every night. So many things to do together and in separate groups when we wanted to.
The house came with a pack and play, high chair, kid plates and utensils. Which came in very handy for our little princess! This place had an abundance of kitchen supplies. We cooked multiple times and had everything we needed.
The owner, Michael, checked on us twice to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. We appreciate the fact that he was considerate and caring about our stay.
This house is the perfect location and has some great dining options in close proximity. We also recommend renting the chairs and umbrellas on the beach because that was so convenient and such a great price! This house was everything we wanted and more! You’ll be so happy you chose this place!

Somewhat Disappointing
We arrived at 4. Cleaners were there until 6:00. We waited in a smelly garage where the previous renters had thrown shrimp away in garbage.
House was full of sand! Need an outdoor shower!
House sleeps 18- should have enough mugs for at least 12, there were no wine glasses and only 6 water and juice glasses.
There was nowhere to hang wet towels from beach.
Cleaning crew left trash full with their trash from the cleanup.
No dust pan.
Freezers, ( up and downstairs) were dirty
Cooktop knobs were worn off
No ice maker working
Back patio by the pool was very dirty- dirt, sand and mold/ algae were on the pool deck. Deck doesn’t drain and therefore slippery.

Listen, traveling with multiple families isn’t for the faint of heart….it’s a lot! This house was the most perfect puzzle piece to our trip and we’re so thankful to have found it! Everyone had their own space, the kids had a blast, the pool is a dream, the view was gorgeous and it’s so close to the beach you can walk. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for 3 families. We can’t wait to come back and make more memories! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

50th Birthday Vacation
Spent and entire week at Destiny Breeze with 6 of my friends for my 50th birthday. The location could not be better. The house and pool were both wonderful. Lots of steps, but we didn't have a problem with that. Kitchen is well equipped and the fridge in the downstairs garage is convenient for packing drinks for the day or when poolside. I would definitely recommend doing the beach chair service. Bring some laundry soap if a larger group as bath towels were a bit scares. You will absolutely enjoy the views from the balconies. The theater room is a nice place to relax in the evening. We are already planning a return trip to this house.

Beautiful home & neighborhood. Perfect Location to the Beach!
The location of this home to the breathtaking beach could not be better! The Beach was a very short walk from the house and the beach chairs/umbrellas option on the beach was a huge bonus! The home was clean and roomy; both the owner and the house manager were easy to reach and quick to respond. There is lots to do just within the property with the game room, theater room and pool. The pool was perfect for us with a toddler (having a shallow "shelf like" area along the side). There was plenty of sun and shady areas and plenty of chairs around the pool. The movie theater in the house was a big hit by all when anyone wanted a break from the sun or watch a late-night movie! Fun and relaxation were had by all, Thank you!!
Just a small suggestion: Providing beach towels would be nice. They take up way too much space to pack.

Wonderful family vacation home!
Our family came to Destin to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary. Our stay at the Destiny Breeze home was very comfortable and enjoyable! The home was spacious and beautiful and updated. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The views were great, as there is no house directly in front of the property facing the ocean. The beach is just a short walk away. The game room with the pool and ping-pong table provided hours of entertainment. And the movie theater was really special - SO fun for the entire family! What a cool surprise! Overall we had a great stay!
A few things to note:
-The bonus 7th bedroom is simply a twin in a laundry closet. The bed is a trundle but there was no mattress underneath and really almost no way to open the trundle given the size of the room. This fact was a surprise to our party and disrupted our plan for who was sleeping where.
-The spa did not work properly the entire time we were there. Although we did call several times to report this and the owner was responsive, the issue did not get fixed and it never really got hot.
-Finally, the house directly to the right of this property is currently under construction this summer. While this is not the property-owner's fault, there was a lot of debris which fell into the pool and surrounding patios / porches, making it hard to enjoy sitting outside during our stay.
However, all in all we really appreciated how this space allowed our family to vacation together and connect!

My 50th Birthday!
I can say with all sincerity, this place was better than advertised! We did experience some frustration with the neighbors who were doing construction (and inconsiderate), however, one quick call to the property manager and I was instantly put in a great headspace (and the issue was immediately remedied). Trust me when I tell you, the location and the amenities are amazing. Don’t even think or consider another house. Great theater room, game room, very clean house and awesome backyard pool/hot tub. I WILL RETURN!

Clean, amazing pool, steps to beach
Very clean and had everything you'll need in the kitchen. Michael was an excellent host and quickly replied to all questions and requests. Our favorite beach rental for a big group, hands down. My kids still rave about this home. A huge plus for me - no mosquitoes around the house and gated community. We will be back.
