Indian Harbour Beach offers a retreat away from the more tourist-heavy areas, while still only a short driving distance from all that brings travelers to the Space Coast. Newly renovated with comfortable furnishings , fully appointed kitchen and bar workspace for your vacation or business trip.

The property had everything we needed and it was great to be able to swim in the pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood and located a short drive from the beach - could probably bike ride to it too.

The house is stunning. The pics online do not show how gorgeous the backyard is now! It’s right near all the local eateries and shopping. 17 min from Cocoa. Everything is well done inside and out…the hosts are outstanding! Highly recommend you try it here! You won’t be disappointed.

The house was perfect for us and was very comfortable and immaculate. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the weather let us down, but we enjoyed it anyway. Beach was beautiful.

We loved staying here for our family vacation! Kendall was so helpful and responsive leading up to and during our trip. The neighbors were so kind and also very helpful. It’s the perfect location, and the house was beautiful! We hope to stay here again

This was a birthday vacation with my family. The house had easy entry and was just perfect. The pool was the main feature for us and we used ot every day. It was not far from the beach and shopping. A quite neighborhood. Would definitely recommend

Great property in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House is well cared for and maintained; you can tell how much they care about providing a great stay. The pool alone makes this property worth the stay!

Perfect size for a family of 4! While we were there had plenty of space to enjoy the little down time we had in between activities without crowding one another. Plenty of room in kitchen for cooking and really enjoyed the pool. Host was extremely responsive and resolved any issues almost immediately. Definitely recommend if you’re ever in the area!

We just got back from a wonderful week at this property. The house was perfect for our needs and was close to the beach A very short drive. Walkable as wellbut we chose to drive the 3-4 minutes so we didn't have to.carry our beach supplies. The property owner also responded promptly with the very minor issue we had. And cant beat the price for being the first week out of school. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

The house was extremely clean and had everything we could need. The property owners were prompt communicators and even went above and beyond with a few grocery items for our late arrival. Great central location. Pool was sparkling clean. We all loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was super clean when we arrived. The owners quickly responded to any questions we had prior to arrival and gave great tips about things to do and restaurants in the area. The pool was wonderful and we loved the screen room. The house was spacious and we appreciated all of the baby/toddler items provide( high chair,pack n play, and bed rail). The house was well supplied with cooking utensils and pans. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch. It was great to have so many beach towels, sand toys and floaters available. The owners went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. The yard was good size, fenced in. And very private and we loved all of the blooming plants. The neighborhood was residential and very quiet. The location was great. Lots of beaches, parks and restaurants nearby. We were able to eat a meal outside on the waterfront everyday. The grocery store was also just 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was a perfect retreat for my family.

Loved our stay. We had 3 teen boys and even our college daughter popped in for a few nights. Everyone had fun. House was great. Loved the porch and the pool. In a quiet residential neighborhood but close to beaches and restaurants. We cooked a few nights went to see a rocket launch at Kenney space center and had many good beach days. Owners were so helpful and super responsive. Great time!

This was a friends' getaway and we could not have picked a better home to rent. The home had everything we needed; it felt like home; pool was a great plus. Close to the beach and restaurants. Our family of 6 had a great time here. This home had all of the amenities and was a perfect size. It's even nicer than the pictures. It was a great base for us to head to the beach, Cocoa Beach area, and Kennedy Space Center. We all enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day. The kids loved the foosball table and all the streaming options on the TV. Shopping and restaurants are all close by. The owners could not have been more helpful or responsive. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! It should be called the Bright Beach House as the natural light is just amazing. It has everything to make your stay super comfortable. Pictures are exactly what you get. Communication with Marvin was excellent and he quickly responded to our need. The pool area is so fantastic! We will definitely be back...our friends were so jealous because their house was not as nice! So close to the beach too..LOVED the personalized surfing guide he left for us. Thanks!!

This house is a great deal. It is a small, older home that has been remodeled and updated on the inside and is really cute, clean and convenient to beaches and local area stores and restaurants. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and beach gear. The pool is a nice perk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The house was cozy and the amenities provided were absolutely perfect. Kitchen utensils, cook and eat ware were provided. Beach and pool accessories were also a nice addition. Not as close to the beach as anticipated however it is a easy short couple minute drive. Owners were nice.

It was such a treat to enter this clean, lovely home & have everything we needed, from coffee ready to brew, to beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, swim diapers, high chair, plenty of towels. All the beds were comfy & we loved the screened in back porch. Loved the quiet neighborhood. We walked to the park & the beach. Thank you Marvin & Jennifer for a great stay!

We stayed at this house for the week after Christmas to visit with family in the area. The navy took us away 8 years ago and we don’t get to come back too often. It was a great place for the 5 of us. The location is nice, house was clean and the pool was nice even though it was too cold for the grownups. Thanks for the great home away from home!
