The location was perfect for me to visit with my daughter at Florida Southern and it was very easy to get back and forth.
The home had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and decorated adorably.
Would definitely use this property again/recommend it to others as well

Unfortunately due to my house flooding, I had to find other living arrangements for myself, my daughter, and animals. The host couldn’t be any more understanding and accommodating. The house was clean and equipped with all the essentials we needed for the time we spent there. Highly recommended!

House as pictured
The house was a good midway point between Busch Gardens and SeaWorld. It was clean and the property manager was quick to respond to our questions.

Quant Lakeland Home
This property was located in a great area that was close to the market, convention center and downtown. It was nice having full kitchen to come home to and cook for 3 teenagers and myself most of the nights we stayed. Check in was excellent other than I had to contact the property owner for the Code. It was great coming to a place that had 3 separate rooms that we could retreat to at the end of the day. The property owner was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this property to anyone that is visiting the area.

Excellent as advertised listing
Anthony was quick to help and the property was clean and convenient. We had a family wedding in Plant City. The house was all we hoped it would be. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice house
The house was nicely decorated and fairly clean. Utensils, cups, etc. needed to be washed prior to using. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. Good yard for our dog. Maggots were all over the garbage can outside. It was obvious the trash appeared to have been old in there. I never got an email or it wasn’t in my app the code for the door upon arrival. So, the check in process was bad. Thankfully Anthony picked up when I called.. we were in a bit of a panic if he couldn’t be reached! Good distance to sun n fun grounds/Florida air museum.
