Let’s tour the place

This huge four bedroom apartment is spread over 324 sqm, and has capacity for 8 to 10 people! It has a total of 4 bedrooms and one maid’s room.
The living room features an extensive sofa set of high-quality, with coffee tables and side tables embracing the set. There’s also a smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, amazing decorations and plants filling the entire space.
Next to the living room is a large luxurious dining table with 8 chairs. This open space also includes a welcome counter, wall decorations, modern separators, and amazing paintings.
The wide floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and make the big living room and dining area look even more luxurious, in addition to being elegantly designed.

From within this area, you can access a big balcony with seating areas all along for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of Dubai city.
The kitchen at the apartment is elegantly designed to be fused with the living / dining area, only separated with a chic metal separator. It features a large counter top with three high chairs, and is filled with white cabinets. It includes all equipment you might need during you stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, oven, refrigerator, stove with hood on top, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, and coffee maker.
As for the bedrooms, three of the bedrooms include a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bed covers, amazing decorations, tables and chairs, chest of drawers and mirrors, wardrobe, makeup vanity table and chair, all with amazing panoramic views on the city.
The fourth bedroom includes two single beds, an armchair, night tables, and wardrobe.
There’s also a maid’s room with a bunk bed and a wardrobe.

At the apartment, you’ll find a total of 5 bathroom, all of which include a shower cabin, a few have bathtubs as well, two wash basins, and toilets. They all include amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, essentials like towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, a washing machine, and room darkening shades.
