This is a clean simple condo that is close to a shuttle stop near winter park. I stayed for 3 nights and had no issues. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors. That being said, overall I had a great stay!
4.3
Nice athletic club pool, hot tub, weights, and exercise machines.
4.3
Ease of parking and proximity to town. Swimming pool was super fun! Bed from wall was comfortable, kitchen was spacious and had dishes to use, TV was great with recliner.

Good location. No management or security on site. 1st floor room required going up 4 flights of stairs. Elevator inoperable due to scheduled maintenance and upgrade requiring two weeks. Dried dog or human vomit on 1st floor near entryway to hallway to 1st floor rooms. Toilet had mold growing along the circumference of the waterline. Below water line stained with urine. Utensils and coffee carafe dirty. Blinds on window broken; other window the screen is bent with a half inch gap to let biting insects in. No curtains, so no expectation of privacy due to broken blinds. No outside lights when traversing stairs behind unit. Bathroom vanity clean, tub clean, bed and linens clean. Floors clean. This is the condensed version.

This studio apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling semi cheap. It’s a very quiet building easy check in, if the keypad works. It went on me twice. I suggest giving the lockbox code at check in, in case it isn’t working. The Condo is walking distance to everything! Hot tub was great! There’s a kid of trails behind to adventure through too!

We had a great overall experience. Prior to arrival I reached out to Vacasa about a late check-out and did not receive a response. We arrived late Friday and did not have access to our room. The keypad was dead. We connected with someone from Vacasa who attempted to help us with no luck. They were going to connect us with someone local. We waited for 10 minutes with no one reaching out. We attempted a code that was provided to us on a lockbox and were able to access the studio. The Vacasa rep at this time did respond to my request for late check-out. No one local ever contacted us.
The studio was roomy enough for a comfortable stay. It had the bare essentials - no extras but they weren't really needed. For example, a family of 4 had to run the dishwasher after every meal to have enough plates for the next meal. However, there were plenty of towels to accommodate showers and the hot tub. The studio was clean.

Was okay. You get what you pay for.

This unit is NOT a 6 min walk to the chair lifts. It's over 2 miles away, you have to drive to take public shuttle. The hottub as shown in pictures is closed and looks like it hasn't functioned in years. Pop corn kernels scattered throughout the room. Candy scraps on the night stands.

We were a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children (15 and 11). We stayed for 4 nights.
Pros-
Had everything you needed in the kitchen. Even a crockpot!
Not sure if it was normal, but there were plenty of towels for our stay.
The jacuzzi area was nice to relax in after a long day in the cold/snow. There is an indoor jacuzzi and outdoor heated small jacuzzi like area. It doesn't bubble, but it's more like a hot spring in the freezing cold.
The property management is quick to respond to any concerns.
Parking is under a covered area so you dont have to scrape snow off your windshield. Some people have mentioned that the Murphy bed was not comfortable. I thought it was very comfortable and I have a bad back.
Property is very close to Winter Park Resort.
Cons-
I felt it could have been cleaner. There was dirt in the corners of walls. The closet where all the linens were stored was dusty and needed a good cleaning and organization. I wasn't sure if the big blankets were clean they way they were shoved in the closet. There were not enough pillow cases the first night, however that was quickly rectified the next day.
The ceiling fan was very dusty and needed a good cleaning.
Overall, I would stay again. It was reasonably priced and convenient to the town.

The location is super close to the ski resort.
The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The shower curtain liner does need thrown in the washer or replaced. Overall great!

Great location right on Main Street of winter park. Walking distance to restaurants and breweries/bars. Short drive to the resort every day. Great pool and hot tub for recovering after a long day on the slopes.

First the pros:
- This condo is located close to the bus stop and the bus stop is serviced by a bunch of buses. We never had to wait long for one of the buses, and one day we were on the Gondola within 15 minutes of walking out the condo.
- Easy walk to the mall and the restaurants on the main road.
- The price was considerably less than other condos. This was the best priced option for a condo that was close enough to realistically take a lunch break back at the condo during the day and still get in a long ski day in the morning and afternoon.
Cons:
- The beds were not comfortable. I saw that the website listed a Bedroom and the beds were a queen and a murphy bed. There is no bedroom, just a studio with a murphy bed and a pull out couch (the written description did say this, but the headline was misleading). My wife and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because the murphy bed was so uncomfortable the first night. The pull out bed seemed a little better, which should tell you something.
- I felt that the condo was missing some small touches that I would have added to a ski destination. There is no chair by the door to sit and take off your ski boots. I know the space is tight, but I would have put in two folding chairs like you would see at a stadium just so people can sit for a minute. There was no rack or anything to dry your gloves and hat. And there was no designated place to put your skis. Little things like that seemed to be missing.
- There should be another set of drawers. There are only two drawers total, so either add some on top, or figure out another place to add a small dresser.
I would give it 3.5 stars if I could, but since I have to choose between 3 and 4 I will be generous due to the great location. If you are not ski in/ski out, then this is the best location in Winter Park.
