Romantico grazie

Percepivo una sua misteriosa atmosfera ,non dimentichiamo che parliamo di edifici secolari pieni di storia e sono stato benissimo

No è difficile che io mi applichi sulle strutture poiché se sono danneggiate o fatiscenti la colpa è di ospiti maldestri ,comunque ok

La ubicación. Se encuentra a 15 minutos de la plaza de san Marcos andando. El check out es a las 11. Es una zona tranquila.

La habitación es pequeña y la calefacción de aire hace mucho ruido. El desayuno no está mal pero podría tener más variedad.

I would certainly stay here again. was able to book a room for 1 which is not something I’m not use to. $ reasonable

small and comfortable. quiet and a great location. very close to the water taxi. staff were all nice and breakfast was included.

it was lovely. beautiful Courtyard.

it was really close to S.Markus square only a few stations with the boat.

When we arrived in our room, there was another woman’s hair in the bathroom which is not acceptable. The room is really dark and the bed is rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay for the price of the room,but could have been better. None of the staff working in the breakfast don’t speak English and is rude.

Good

Due to some reason at the reception I was given a room in the paired hotel Belle Arti (which was totally fine with me) so I'll write a few words about breakfast because it is the same for the both hotels. Breakfast is various, there are many pastries and hot food - good choice. The staff at the reception and the breakfast staff is friendly and welcoming. Also they have a very cute small garden.

You may have to wait in the queue to have a breakfast due to a few sitting places inside (maybe it is not always like that and I just was there in the high season)

Great size room. Amazing breakfast included at the hotel across the street. Decent location. Daily room servicing. Accommodated a last minute same day booking - at a reasonable price.

We were unable to leave the windows open due to there being lots of mosquitos. Unfortunately bugs were found squashed around the walls and ceiling of the room, presumedly from previous guests. Very very dated decor but still a comfortable stay. Very poor wifi connection, majority of the time it wouldn’t connect at all in our room.

Inflated price for apartments with unkempt furniture. But good location and breakfasts

Good location and tasty breakfast

Hotel combined with another main-hotel. This hotel is empty and more neglected with old furniture. And when I booked number of room I asked give non-red room. But my request was ignored

The hotel is very nice and in a nice location!! The breakfast was very good and the staff eager to help you!! Also both the receptionists were really helpful!! It will definitely be my pick if a go back to Venice!

Very good

The new room was super comfy and warm. Also the staff, specifically Veronica, were very profissional and helped us as best as she could when we needed.

First night we were allocated in a room that heating was not working, bidet was leaking non-stop and blanket was heavy and dirty, we didn't have one queen bed, but two beds together. We couldn't sleep at all, since it was winter. Also, room was all in carpet, which didn't help with our allergies.

Good breakfast- better then in most hotels in Italy. quiet and very nice room in the 3 star standard in the middle of Venice. Strongly recommended.

Unmarked building hard to find. Reception and breakfast in another building.

A wonderful romantic trip to Venice :)

Great location. The room is tidy, maintained daily. Bedding is changed daily, which surprised in a good way. Good breakfast. Great service.

Poor sound insulation in the room. You can hear what the guests are talking or doing in the next room.

it appeared worse than on pictures on Booking.com. you’d better show the real pictures to your possible customers.

the shower was awful. the sink in the bathroom was barely open. all the water accumulated in there.
