Great family get away but won’t return unless they fix the pool its really icy cold

We enjoyed the location and the hot tub.

We were so disappointed about the swimming pool it was ice cold When paying as much as we did for our room we expected a heated pool but it was way to cold for even the kids to enjoy.

I think you guys need a lot of work

The location was ideal. I was visiting somebody in Maricopa. The breakfast was awful.

Whereas I totally agree with pet friendly hotels, if you have walls that are paper thin and you have got a little yapping dog next-door, you need to make better accommodations for people who don’t want to have little yapping dogs barking. I asked for one night free. And I’ve not even heard back from your manager. That is pathetic Customer service

Not your stay if you want breakfast included

Breakfast was horrible the potato's, were cold and under cooked. Your eggs were as well. Asked the staff and all they said was they only had warmers. Told her to check herself that the breakfast was cold. And the coffee was watered down. Not at all what I expected acccording to your opinion on your advertising

Good option in Maricopa

Good size room in newer hotel. Breakfast gets kind of old after a few days but there are other options in town if desperate. Staff is hit or miss with some very attentive and others pretty much on the phone nonstop.

Breakfast could be kicked up a notch.

Comfortable, clean and friendly, good place to wait for the Amtrak.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room comfortable with a great shower. It is a bit far from any shops or facilities other than that it was fine.

Newer hotel in Maricopa

Hotel is fairly new and modern and rooms are nice, and fairly large. Breakfast is included and there's ample parking. Staff is friendly. Internet was mostly functional.

Staff is a bit disengaged and mostly staring at their phones... had to to rekey my entry key multiple times since it was only programmed for one night. Breakfast is just OK and there's zero variation so if you're staying one or two nights no big deal. AC in the room is very loud but it also helps drown out the noise from adjacent rooms which are very poorly soundproofed. Room could have been cleaner... hair in the shower, AC filter was caked with dust, etc.

I didn’t stay to visit my daughter and her family as long due to higher cost of room.

it is close to my daughter’s home.

To book a room, I couldn’t book it through its website as it said it was full but needed to book it through booking.com where it was more expensive (twice as much). there’s also a life size picture of a man smoking a cigarette over the desk. I found it disturbing. I’d rather have a scenic picture.
