LOCATION...one block from the beach, very clean, does the job.

VERY SMALL SPACE... Basically an old motel from the 60's that has been renovated. Beds VERY FIRM... Price pretty outrageous for what you get...no maid service... RIDICULOUSLY COMPLICATED BOOKING PROCESS, MUST HAVE RECEIVED 20 EMAILS ABOUT BOOKING NEEDS OUTSIDE OF BOOKING.COM REQUIRED... BOOKING.COM SAID NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS REQUIRED.... EMAIL FROM LEASE COMPANY INSISTED ON 75% UPFRONT AND THEN TRIED TO TACK ON $80 FOR "BOOKING INSURANCE".

Great value with easy beach and travel access.

Staff was great! One block of the beach, easy walk.

Nothing available to wash the sand from legs/feet upon return from beach.

Very good

The staff was super accommodating, friendly and willing to help. Short walk to beach, beach access right across street. Room was clean. And loved the little extras- salt water taffy on bed

The lights outside of the room that came on when the sun went down we’re shining right in the window through the blinds making it very hard to sleep

Super great place

We loved the location and they had an ADA room for my husband. We also loved how much room the suite had, and the nice big frig it had.

There was no place to put our toothbrush and other bathroom essentials. I would also suggest rug just inside the door and at the tub. My husband suggest maybe another small dresser or cabinet maybe under the TV. With him being legally blind we have to have everything put away and we had to be super creative for that thus time.

The convenience of booking and checking in and checking out with a code and not having to bother any of the staff. We also liked the easy beach access.

I'm not sure why we have to take out our own trash. It would have been more had we stayed more than a couple of days. We also would have liked to have had beach chairs and maybe borrow them from the inn.

The room was "bare-bones" comfortable. It wasn't as nice as staying at a Fairfield Inn.

We were never told that there was a breakfast. Was there? We did like the location and the cleanliness of the room.

We didn't like the noisy neighbors, the lack of a closet, the small microwave,

Location was great. Room was well furnished.

Hardwood floors were dirty. Needs a good mop clean to rid the kayer if dust and sand cajed n the floor. Otherwise, a clean room.

Location was great. Room layout was nice and furnishings were great and comfortable.

The porch light was on all night outside window blinds. Room seemed to have an odor like someone had previously smoked in there or of a chemical smell. There was hair under the dresser.

Great hotel, easy check-in and check out. Nice staff and good location.

Great hotel, just across a small street from the ocean - with a public access right by the hotel. Nice A/C, good shower pressure, comfortable beds, lots of space.

The bathroom has an uncurtained window that faces a stairwell. I'm tall, so anyone coming down the stairs could see me . . . there should be a small curtain or blinds. Open windowns in a bathroom are not my thing, lol. We stayed in the cottage and it was great! 2 BR/2 BA with a living/dining room/kitchen combo. Very clean!

it was great for a one night stay!

close proximity to the beach, and restaurants, staff were extremely nice and welcoming.

The toilet was really loud when flushed, bathroom was small, okay for one person but very limited space. The shower curtain rings broke when the curtain was opened.
