It’s doesn’t get much better at this price.

Checking in, staff, cleanliness, comfort, price and quietness. This is a fine establishment, well ran, modern and and excellent value for money.

Nothing really, i’m a newbie to these American motels and while some are in remote areas, or not in any centre, they offer convenience, price and flexibility.

It was alright but I would not stay here again. Pretty dirty.

The bed was very comfortable and the comforter was surprisingly warm.

The room was not very clean. There were spots of what looked like food (?) on the wall, the floor was sticky and the couch had a multitude of questionable stains, the pillow case didn’t cover the whole pillow and revealed a stained pillow underneath and even the remote had obvious stains on it. The room was also very empty for its size which meant it took almost three hours to heat it up in the freezing temperatures. I was shaking from being so cold. The door to my room was incredibly hard to open and close. Plus the door led to the outside, not a closed hallway, which meant even more cold coming in. The sink had no warm or hot water, which meant I had to try and warm my hands in the bathtub cause the faucet water was ice cold.

Comfy stay

The room was spotless, bed was comfy and the staff were absolutely lovely. Our flight was delayed so we had to book this last minute, they had 24hr office which made check in easy and the friendly greeting was such a great comfort after a long day. Breakfast is simple but great waffles and amazing that it's included in the price of the room which was already good value. Very quiet and peaceful stay.

The location is a bit further out from the airport but an easy 20 min uber ride away.

It was an amazing stay and great quality for the price.

The breakfast was good enough, nothing too fancy but there were waffles and cereal and I like that they had tea options and juices. It wasn’t a continental breakfast but they did have that and some fruit as well so it was a good experience. The room itself was good I was not a fan of the parking lot. However there were lots of security cameras and it made me feel very safe and protected. The staff was nice enough, they just seemed straightforward, nothing wrong with that. I would recommend this again and the next time I’m in Houston I am definitely staying there.

The bed could have been not as creaky? It seemed to have a wired frame- the bed itself was nice and so we’re the pillows but when I would roll over I could hear the squeak

Extremely satisfied with the room!

That you had to give a deposit that was returned upon leaving if your room had no damage. He really didn’t check, but I’ve never been in a hotel that does that. Perhaps that will help keep it clean? I would definitely return, since it was really clean, nice, and new looking. I do recommend it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for anything. The gas station next door is 24/7 and the guy who works there is awesome! I had to get a plastic fork from the office at like 3 in the morning and the guy in the office was sleeping but was super nice and gave a smile. They may take a while to answer the office phone, but they ALWAYS answer! Perfect weekend place for work and if you have a car, there's plenty of places all within 5-10 mins drive.

I didn't get room service my entire stay, and the clock being wrong in the bedroom caused me to miss breakfast. Traveling for work a lot, I can say the breakfast is a little bland... I question how often the INSIDE of the juice containers are cleaned because the orange juice was not tasting right... A better selection of cereal, fresh fruit, and maybe some yogurt would really help this breakfast selection.

A very clean and comfortable accommodation, highly recommended!

The room was remarkably clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the international airport, and has lots of parking. A continental breakfast was ready exactly at 0600 am. It was a great value for our money!

very clean

the man in the office is very rude said I couldn’t smoke outside my non smoking room but had butt buckets all throughout the property then once I checked out the next morning I asked a question an he gave me attitude he’s in the wrong business if you ask me but over all the hotel is perfect housekeeper very sweet they just have that grumpy mean old man in the office

Good hotel for overnight layover.

We stayed here as we had a 16 hour layover in Houston between flights. The room was very spacious with microwave, fridge, and sofa. It was very clean. Staff were very helpful.

Top of my list

The room was nice and clean. The location seems new to me but you can tell that it's well kept. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I've been in some pretty expensive rooms. For the price this location is the top of my list

very enjoyable

it was located exactly where we needed as to the location of our events. the breakfast was delicious and the lady cooking and serving was delightful. Terry was on the front desk when we checked In and checked out. She was so pleasant and helpful. she’s the perfect fit for the front desk. if you could clone her, you would have a 24 hour perfect worker that really cares about her job. Thank you, Terry.
