We loved our stay. The casita is definitely a 5 star VRBO! The owners reached out to us upon our arrival to the rental and recommended a fabulous Mexican restaurant not far from the property. Delicious food!
The rental was clean, comfortable and accommodating.

The private, covered, gated entrance was wonderful for my dog and car and the Casita itself had everything we needed to cook, do laundry, etc. including a comfortable bed. The street was quiet for the area and we enjoyed the peaceful beautiful space. Many thanks to Chris and Christina :)

Wonderful Casita!
Chris and Christina’s casita rental was just perfect! It was perfectly located for several of our destinations. We attended a spring training game in Glendale & spent the day in old town Scottsdale. Their recommendation for take out meals were great and located very close to their home.
The casita was extremely clean and decorated with special touches! A very warm and welcoming place to spend your time while visiting AZ! We would definitely stay here again!

First of all, I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to the owners! From the onset, their communication was TOP NOTCH, and throughout our trip, they made sure to stay in touch when and if we needed something. There were so many great little touches that they had at the property that made our trip just that much more special.
The property was clean and very expertly decorated. Communication was exceptional, as was access to the surrounding areas - we spent time in Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix (not including a day trip to Sedona) - so having easy access to thoroughfares is a plus.
Neighborhood was very quaint and we always got smiles and waves when we saw people out and about. Highway noise was present, but by NO MEANS disruptive.
We would absolutely stay in the Casita again, and have already recommended it to a few friends and family. Thanks again Chris and Christina for the sublime accommodations!

Nice Casita
This is a very well thought out casita. We had everything we needed for our months stay. The owners are responsive and care about their guests. When we arrived we saw a notice posted on the refrigerator that stated a pet must not be left alone in the casita for any reason. This was a problem because we had planned on golfing. Also, this location is not in the best of neighborhoods and very close to the highway with traffic noise 24/7.

Chris and Christina are excellent hosts. The place was immaculate and very up to date. Everything seemed brand new. The hosts provided numerous extra touches too! I would highly recommend theiir casita.

Everything was exactly as advertised! The backyard patio was so nice to relax in the evening and the car was safe under the RV shed. Two needed repairs: the shower drain was slow and although the TV allowed all the app channels, the signal kept cutting out!
Wonderful place and we would stay there again if in the city!

This nicely decorated Casita is full of small touches that make you feel at home. Very spacious for 2 people with every thing you need to cook meal. The bed is very comfortable. We loved being able to park in the gated covered courtyard. The courtyard had comfy outdoor furniture and a gas firepit. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We don't have a pet but the Casita is pet friendly for small well behaved dogs. The owners had dog bowls, toys, and blankets for your pet. Don't hesitate to book if you are visiting the Phoenix area.

I really liked this property and the owners were very organized and responsive. Lots of little pleasant details.

Wonderful guest house
We very much enjoyed our month-long stay in Tempe at the casita! The casita matches the description, with the exception that it feels larger in person than the pictures make it out to be! The apartment is overall very nicely appointed, including pretty much all of the kitchen implements you could need! It's clear that Chris and Christina put a lot of thought into amenities. We enjoyed the fireplace on the porch - it was wonderful to have some private outdoor space. (Note: there is no grass/ground covering in the patio area, it's fully paved.) The owners were very friendly, offered good local advice, and were quick to respond to & resolve minor issues (a city-wide internet outage and an issue with the door lock).
