Couldn’t have been more delighted with this house!! It was an easy walk to everything on Rehoboth Avenue and conveniently located in a quiet little complex. The house itself was appointed with everything you could need to live comfortably away from home. Will definitely try to rent this again with a group of friends/family. What a gem!!

Everything was terrific! The only less than perfect item was that it's over a mile to the beach. That's not a bad walk, except when loaded down with chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Driving made more sense, but parking in Rehoboth is crazy!

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Keen. Plenty of bedrooms and loved the spaciousness as we had all ages staying in the house. Immaculately clean, fully stocked, and clear communication.

My husband, dog and I wanted a close to DC impromptu vacation. This place more than delivered. It was wicked clean. Since Covid I travel with Clorox wipes and not a smidge of dust came up when I went over surfaces. Also, the pictures were accurate and there is more than ample room for a larger family. I experienced the mattress as being on the extra firm side, so recommend bringing a mattress pad or light topper with you if need cushioning to avoid pressure points. The kitchen is fully stocked including kcups. Also the AC is strong and effective. It is within a couple of blocks of restaurants and about 1 mile to the beach. If you travel with a dog and hadn’t really researched, please know that dogs are not allowed on most DE beaches during high season. But Henelopen state park and other state parks allow dogs, as well as Lewes beach before 8 and after 6 during high season. Internet speed was decent so could be an alternate work location for someone. Would totally return. Finally Doug was responsive and clearly communicated.

The property was bright, spacious, very well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We were a group of ten friends celebrating three decades of friendship. We absolutely loved being able to stay together in one unit without feeling like a bunch of college kids. Great location too. We would love to return.

What a lovely home!! This four bedroom house is located just a few blocks away from the boardwalk and great shopping and dining. We had more than enough room for our low key bachelorette weekend and everyone enjoyed their time. If you’re looking for a place to stay In Rehoboth Beach, I can’t recommend Beachy Keen enough!

a family of 5 (4 people and a dog) and another family of 4. House was perfect. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 8 people and the location made a huge difference in our stay. We have been to rehoboth before, but never this close to the shops and what not. Being closer to everything and spending less time in traffic was a game changer. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Great home that has easy access to both the beaches, shops, restaurants and the businesses on Coastal highway! The home allows enough space for time together and a chance to have quiet time too if one desired. The home is clean and well equipped.

We enjoyed our short stay at Beachy Keen. We were able to walk to restaurants, the beach and boardwalk. The place is spacious and very clean. It was a great set up for my family of 5 and dog.

Whole family came down to Rehoboth to celebrate the holiday. The place was perfect for us. It was well acquainted, perfectly located, and comfortable. If only we could have had warmer weather to enjoy the patio. I highly recommend.

We were renting for a weekend away in December. The house was spacious with more than enough room for my family with two little kids. The place was spotless. We had everything we needed (just remember to bring your linens and towels). It was a rainy weekend so appreciated the large and modern washing machine to wash our wet clothes. The location was a lot closer to downtown and walkable than I expected. We ended up just walking to the boardwalk area multiple times and enjoying the stroll and stopping at shops along the way. There's an excellent coffee shop and restaurants just a block or so away. Doug is easy to reach, responsive, and super nice. Finally I would give an extra star if I could for the great internet! Thank you to Doug and family for letting us stay at your home. We had a great time and hope to return!

Spacious nicely decorated townhouse within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping…and very clean! We enjoyed a nearby coffee shop and walking through the town of Rehoboth. I would recommend this property for your next trip to the beach

I loved the location. It was an easy 18 minute walk to the beach. We watched the sunrise and enjoyed the great walking trails in the area. The house was very nice and comfortable with everything you need for a vacation.

The house is perfect for a multi-generational vacation- the open spaces allowed us all to be together and the separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms allowed us our privacy. The house is situated a mile from the beach. There is a bike path that takes you through a residential neighborhood that is a slightly longer route. There are coffee shops, a bakery and restaurants nearby. Great location. I recommend it for a family vacation.

This was our first time to Rehoboth, DE and we had a great time. The house was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families/multiple ages- each with a bathroom connected and all the amenities. Doug was extremely responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again next summer!

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We loved that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and we had enough space for 10 of us to comfortably dine together. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean and comfortable!!

Great location for our Rehoboth beach getaway. It’s about a mile from the Rehoboth beaches so too far to walk with all the beach stuff (we drove and parked car for the beach) cute bakery conveniently behind the townhouse! Great area for early morning walks. Wonderful floor plan layout where every room has a bathroom attached. Everyone felt extremely at home and comfortable. Only thing I would change are the window treatments as they didn’t keep the sunlight out. Other than that, the place was great and fully equipped with all the essentials (minus linens)

The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which was a major plus. The location was perfect - Restaurants, shops, boardwalk and beach all within walking distance. The check in and check out process was seemless and communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this property.
