Perfect Family Holiday Location

Very spacious and comfortable. The top floor bedroom was a fantastic space for the family to play games and read books.

The stairs were very noisy and seemed to be slightly wobbly from time to time - but an a very minor thing.

Location excellent and brilliant facilities

The flat is in a great position and easily walkable to the beautiful beach. It was a real home from home, smelt lovely and fresh and everything needed was there. It is very clean and well kept - with an ample supply of towels, lovely rainfall shower and washer/drier - everything in very good new condition . The balcony is a good size and was ideal for breakfast in the sun - also ample wardrobe space.

Location was a bit far to walk to town and back for some of our group.

Excellent property with everything you need, at a great price.

A lovely property in a great location with the added bonus of the balcony. Property had everything you needed. Will definately return and would recommend to friends and family visiting the area.

A light over the mirror in the family bathroom would have been nice, not necessary but just a suggestion.

Highly recommended!

The apartment was spotless, with lovely decor and everything you could need for a self catering break. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were lovely and their communication was excellent- they really went above and beyond for me and it was much appreciated. The information pack was really full and clear. Lots of parking in the visitors car park if you come with more than one car. Good location and nice views from the balcony.

No negatives to report at all. Everything was great from check in to check out. There was a tiny issue when one of our party accidentally parked in a neighbour's space and they were really unhappy. This was our mistake but something for future guests to be mindful of so they keep the neighbours sweet.

Great location near to beach , golf ,walks etc. Was good to have a designated parking space & plenty visitor spaces since we had 2 cars. Nice touch from hosts with a bottle of presecco, chisps & biscuits on arrival.

Initial and ongoing contact with owner was excellent. Welcome pack was brilliant. Apartment was clean and extremely spacious - and kept to a high standard .

We liked everything about the apartment and will definitely return. We were however conscious that the apartment is situated in a residential area. This was not an issue for us as our visit was to see family. So if you intend to party! I would not recommend- which in fact the owner also stipulates.

Far better than any of the hotels I stayed in. Absolutely wonderful. Would love to stay again.

Spacious, bright, clean, comfy sofas, great kitchen and hosts had milk in the fridge plus tea, coffee and sugar supplied for a welcome cup of tea. Washing machine was most helpful and having a dishwasher was a real treat. Great beach close by plus a big Sainsbury to buy food. Central to a number of places to visit and a nice quiet location. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

A note to say where the extractor fan switches for bathrooms are and a rail or two to hang towels to dry.

Everything! Well appointed, quality furnishings and fittings, and very well equipped. Really comfortable and loved the layout. Were lucky enough to enjoy breakfast 4 out of 5 mornings on the large sunny balcony and slept well in the very quiet area. Whole family absolutely delighted with property and parking. A lot of thought and care has obviously been taken to ensure guests have a very comfortable, and memorable, stay.

Excellent apartment, would recommend it to anyone.

Attention to detail. Comfort and space. Well equipped kitchen with washer/drier and dishwasher. An unexpected welcome basket which was much appreciated. Short drive to the east beach, central beach, the harbour and the town centre.

Initially on entering the accommodation, there was a distinct smell of damp coming from the main bathroom. The owner has been informed and will check this out. We bought and used a neutralising air spray which helped. Also there is an isolation switch for the fan in the bathrooms, which we think has not been used whilst showering. Perhaps there should be more information in the apartment regarding the use of this, the washing machine, tv controls, oven and microwave.
