Everything was clean and working. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. The gym was great.
Distance from other amenities could have been shorter. There could be a viewing point to Mount Kenya - now only saw it from windows in the gym.
10.0
The breakfast was lovely and they had different variety of dishes both Kenyan and international cuisine.

Beautiful cottages and lovely place to stay.

The location
Nothing everything is ok
9.0
The rooms were great and comfy, spacious with a very cool ambiance, wonderful hospitality & delicious breakfast!
Checking was great, but would be made exemplary if a glass of juice would be provided on checkin.

very green territory
was quite cold in the room and poor breakfasts

the time it took for food to come when not busy and still took over a hour and half

I just had the best stay,I won't lie
I unfortunately didn't remember to take photos while I was there but that's good,so you can go experience it for yourself 😜
The swimming pool closes alittle too early
That's it, imagine I have no other complaint
I really enjoyed my stay

Rooms were perfect - spotless. spacious, and comfortable. Pool was great for kids.
Would love to have proper coffee instead of instant included in the breakfast. Lunch and evening menu could be improved a lot.
8.0
Everything. Food, rooms, amenities were all great
The confusing maze to get to your room at night
7.0
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They made our stay very lovely.
The pool area is the best place to spend the day, but you have to book your seats since the place gets jam packed.Food on order where the chef cooks from scratch was delicious. The toiletries were very good, especially the organic soaps. That was a plus indeed.
Finding your room is a process especially at night due to the maze fencing. The pillows are very uncomfortable and the double bed is really small compared to other hotel double beds.Breakfast buffet was very bald and during Christmas season getting any was a blessing.Reservation of Breakfast tables on Christmas day meant that as a resident you might not have a place to sit during Breakfast.I found that very discriminatory.

Everything...Food,ambience,reception,few staff members etc. Value for money!
The fact that some staff members were misinformed for instance we wanted a clear view of Mt.Kenya but the staff we encountered dint help us at all..we also requested to see the Gym the guy came opened it and left..sigh🤷♀️ it felt like we were becoming nuisance.
8.0
The place
The food was not fresh. Tasted like plastic because of a lot recirculation.

This hotel is neat and well organized with a nice layout. You have a pool, a restaurant and even SPA facilities at your disposal.
The breakfast wasn’t great. Most things were quite dry and tasteless. The dinner menu didn’t impress either but probably better than the places just outside.
This hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
We booked on Booking.com but when we got to the hotel we had paid quite a bit more than their regular rates. When we asked they just shrugged and said it’s because we didn’t book with them straight. It’s because they are charged a fee by Booking.com. Maybe understandable but other hotels generally would just give you the lower rate.

There was one of the girls who noked at my door, to open it she said that she wanted to close the window, that surprised me.
I would have closed it if i wanted to, I thought she should come once called by the client.
7.0
Cleanliness of the room, their flexibility on room service and late checkout...warm staff
I thought by paying Ksh. 13,000 I was to stay in deluxe room but we stayed in a standard room
Secondly having no one to check us in late in the night was very inconvenient
9.0
The rooms are clean and neat. The service was great. The environment is beautiful
10.0
The rooms are big and spacious. With all facilities provided tooth brush and paste. Comb, iron & ironing board. Hotel is located next to a main road with public transport
The card key system was not working well. I had to keep going back to the reception to activate the key

Food could have been better
The toilet lid was broken. The toilet was constantly running water in the bowl.
7.0
Could do with a little improvement
The water in the shower got cold after 1minute of running the shower
6.0
There is a heater in the room.
Friendly staff.
Great location.
The place is clean.
Good parking area.
Good shower.
Food was a 4/10.
The fire pit advertised isn’t as big as it is on the photos.
Not all room have bath tabs. Only the executive. Make sure to specify if you want one.
There’s nothing entertaining really, just rooms and a pool next to the entrance. It’s a good place if you just want a decent place to sleep.
The view we had didn’t have views. Not sure if they are some that have a view. Confirm with the staff.
