I can not recommend this location. The apartment itself was spacious. Unfortunately, parking was an utter nightmare. The web site says “ guaranteed parking spot”. Yes, that’s true….. in the overflow lot 3 blocks away . Every night coming home from work it was a roll of the dice whether I parked 100 yards away or blocks away. In the dark, that’s walking through some questionable areas. Also, Kasa has about 15 + units in the area but they use the same 10 pictures for all of them. Our unit was not as nice as the pictures led us to believe…. Just saying

Great Stay
It was a great stay, only thing I wasn't prepared for was being on the 3rd floor.

Nice place to stay, but beware of parking...
Nice layout of 2 bedroom apartment (did not use 2nd bedroom). The apartment showed "wear and tear" and not a fine attention to cleaning of high touch points. Biggest drawback, the parking lot completely fills up by evening. On our last evening, we ended driving around until a new spot opened.

Nice location and property
Great location if going to any Notre Dame events. Apartment was spacious and clean with modern updates.
Parking was tight. It would be nice to have a dedicated spot

Decent place
Good last minute availability, but the price was pretty high for the location/amenities available. Fairly clean.

Rough start but stellar finish!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Kasa property in South Bend Indiana. We had some problems checking in but the assistance that the Kasa team gave us was OUTSTANDING. Everyone we talked to during our stay was very helpful. Our apartment was huge, very well equipped, and in an excellent location. The city has constructed a whitewater rafting area that was just a few feet from out patio. It was very interesting to see and watch. There is a trail that runs along it that ties into a whole trail system that South Bend has along the St. Joseph River. It was beautiful to hike along the river and we wish we had stayed longer to see more. The excellent Studebaker Museum was a few miles away as was the beautiful Notre Dame campus. It is a short drive to get the South Shore Line railroad if you want to ride the train to points west including Chicago. To sum, it was a great experience to see South Bend and this is an excellent play to stay to do so. And once again, thanks to the Kasa people!
