Amazing

It was absolutely spotless when entering the caravan . This was faultless there’s nothing I could say bad . The bed was comfortable beautiful site . Definitely will be coming back 😊

Very nice caravan, much more room than pictures show, was lovely thank you

Gas running out in middle of cooking tea can’t be helped I know, also toaster tripped electric at night, but was replaced by staff as soon as they were aware

Relaxing spotless and enjoyable

Lovely welcome and everything ready paid extra for the bedding and it was in the caravan before we got there mins later

Was such a bargain for the caravan, had everything we needed. We hired linned bedding for £15.

Only downfall was that it is a walk away from things, although at the end of the caravan park is a bus stop over the road.

Pleasant weekend away - all in all caravan was good value for money. Would probably book again.

Caravan looked nice & modern, gas fire kept the lounge warm and the rooms were a decent size. However, the location was a bit far out & there wasn’t anything to do on site that we could find. Shower could do with being updated and heating isn’t the best as under wardrobe storage heaters but was a nice weekend and would probably book again.

Shower wasn’t very powerful - heating was storage type heaters under the wardrobes which could do with being modernised.

The location was good and the site was well maintained

Being kept awake all night by really noise neighbours The bad smell of damp in the bathroom And no plug in sink even after we asked for one

disappointed as window was broke in bedroom making it very cold at night

very cheap price location was quite away from the crowds

the window in the bedroom did not close properly leaving a gap so night was cold, water pressure for shower was not good ,furnature was dated and ripped in a spot

plenty of room and space, plenty of parking outside

issues with a leaking toilet and faulty window which was sorted out by staff within an hour or so when I arrival to the caravan other than that it was okay

it was much better than expected. it looked quite new.

bed could be comfier. also due to thin walls noisy neighbours woke us up in the middle of the nights. in the morning it was very cold

Good value for money, just what we needed for a busy weekend away. Ok size for 3 adults and 3 children. Caravan was clean which is the main thing. Good walking distance to the beach, arcades and takeaways. We went to Woody's bar for food, which was really nice and had children's entertainment. We walked to fantasy island along the beach front and also caught a bus from straight outside the caravan site into skegness.

The boiler took awhile to figure out to get hot water etc. Didn't like the fact there wasn't a mat outside of the shower or wasn't aware there wouldn't be so we could of brought one along. We was only provided with two Mugs, so be aware to bring your own as there wasn't enough for us all. Pack cleaning products if you like to clean the table after eating etc.
