About this house rental

Come stay at our beautiful two bedroom two bathroom modern space with a stunning lake view. It is an extremely quiet and private property and the 1050 square foot space has a private entrance. The master bedroom and living room walk out onto the huge private covered patio and backyard which is equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ. The space is also equipped with two queen sized beds, in-suite laundry, AC, heated floors, Wifi, TV, and ample parking. It is within 5 minutes of Vernon's The Rise Golf Course, and within a 10 minute drive to the nearest public beach on Okanagan Lake.

Please no pets, no smoking and no partying.

My wife and I loved our stay at this property! It is very well located, minutes from Vernon but high enough in the hills to afford us quiet, private, and gorgeous views of Beachcomber Bay on Okanagan Lake to one side, and city lights at night on the other. The mountains in the background are scenic with beautiful sunrises in the morning and reflecting the glow of nightly sunsets. Tori and Jay were great hosts, always prompt to reply to answer questions. Check in (and out) was easy. The property itself is lovely. It has a gated entrance leading down your own driveway to a private entrance on the lower level. There was very nice landscaping to enjoy all around the spacious outdoor sitting area. We found the home to be very clean (we are particular) and fully equipped to meet our needs for our 6 day stay. There were plenty of towels for both bathrooms, all newer appliances including a full sized washer and dryer for longer stays. The closets in the bedrooms were a good size and there was an additional storage area in the hallway for suitcases, a cooler, or other larger items. We appreciated the many windows and patio sliding doors not only for light but for a great view from the inside. All were fitted with blinds that closed if required for privacy. The spacious kitchen and large island was fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, assorted knives, pots, pans, and all you might need to make a full course meal or enjoy a simple quick snack. Both roomy 4pc bathrooms were clean, fresh and worked well for us. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous, this beautiful suite was well laid out and met all our expectations! The hosts Jason and Tori were wonderful and were easy to access and answered all our questions and needs for our trip. We will definitely come back for another stay.

This beautiful place is about ten minutes from downtown Vernon, on the side of the mountain and has the most amazing view . Nice and clean. Full of everyday amenities for the family. Owners are helpful and easy to reach if needed. This place made our family vacation perfect. Thanks for all!

Great place to stay if you are visiting the Vernon area. The property has a fantastic view of Lake Okanogan and the City of Vernon. The hosts responded quickly to any questions that we had and the property was perfect for our needs, it is even better than advertised.

This property was just perfect for our stay in Vernon. It was close to everything we needed. It was so beautiful on The Rise with a view of the lake in both directions. It was a vacation spot that is ideal for 2 couples or a family unit.

Do you like luxury ? Peace ? Beautiful vistas or every amenity you FORGOT to ask about ? Do you prefer floor to ceiling glass walls/doors , a kitchen island that can easily seat 18 kids , high tech cutting edge major appliances , huge spaces . If you HATE all these things , as well as the controlled entry security gate onto the property, do not come here. If you like these features , feel VERY comfortable this space will accommodate all your wishes and MORE. This review is real, my week long stay was in April of 2022. You want to feel special ? Stay here . P.S Our hosts were INVISIBLE .....unless you texted them . And then you received immediate and amazingly satisfying service . Your the best, Jason. Thank you for having us . The place really is awesome.

Tori and Jay's place exceeded our expectations, awesome location in a quiet neighbourhood with an amazing view. The suite itself is absolutely new, very clean and modern, as well as includes all amenities you may need. We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend this place. The property and views are amazing. As we were the first to stay, a few necessities were recommended for the next guests (salt and pepper, recycling bins etc), but beyond that the place needs nothing and will leave you breathless with the view.
