The property was ok overall. Not clean, cheap bedding. Not worth the price.

We have never had more perfect VRBO. The check in process was simple. Every room was extremely clean. The rooms were really spacious. Fully stocked with towels, extra blankets, lots of pillows, and kitchen supplies. Property was on a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood with a huge parking pad and big garage. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Great location, easy checkin process, but not clean! The bedding, in particular, the comforter was noticeably not washed! Absolutely disgusting! The host did provide a new bedspread the next day and apologized for her cleaner, but the whole time we were wondering if the rest of the bedding was ever washed. There is not a washer/dryer on property or we would have washed them all! There were soda cans half drank outside when we arrived and a used vape on the night stand next to the bed. Ceiling fans haven’t been dusted and the floor was extremely sticky. We had to spend an hour just cleaning up the place to stay. Other than the cleanliness, everything else was fine. The house is a very good size and the neighborhood was nice!

Good place , only one bathroom but for a few days that isn’t a huge deal

Great house and location
Overall the house was great, clean and in a great location to what we needed. Only one bathroom for 6 people but we made it work. I would have liked to see more pans for cooking with. More towels where needed for 6 people. The basement was cold, suggest a space heater for cold weather stays. Wifi password should be typed out, was confused by the handwritten letters and numbers Did look on the vrbo website to find the password. These are just suggestions and did not impact our stay.

Accomadating, Comfortable Place
Our small youth group stayed here during our group outing to Atwood Park. There was an issue with the email for the door code, but Automn responded quickly to a call and made sure we had what we needed. The house was clean and set up adorably. The space is laid out well and our group of 9 fit comfortably, though with teenagers we had to set up a bathroom schedule 🙂. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay again!

Such a cute house
There were 6 of us that stayed for the night. I love that each couple had a room to relax. We loved spending time together in the living room. The house fit all our needs and more! If we are in town we will be staying here for sure.
