The kitchen features a Viking gas cooktop, stainless-steel appliances including a double oven, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators--one Sub-Zero. The center island includes a prep sink, breakfast bar, and granite countertop. Arched windows above the farmhouse sink invite sunlight inside.
Also on this level is the master suite. The bedroom is spacious and sunny with a bay window overlooking the lagoon views, and the master bath features his-and-her sinks and a walk-in dual shower.
Completing this floor is a study with built-in desks, sleeper sofa and an adjacent full bath.
Ascend the staircase to discover a gallery overlooking the living room. On this level is the striking media room surrounded by windows overlooking the treetops and lagoon. Additionally, there are three comfortable guest suites with en-suite bathrooms.
This home is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach access at boardwalk #40 off Ocean Course Drive at Ocean Marsh.
As our guest you will be near the 5 Championship Golf Courses on Kiawah, which includes the home of 2021 PGA- The Ocean Course; The #1 ranked tennis resort by Tennis Resorts Online, Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center; The Sanctuary Spa- a Forbes 2021 5star destination; dining, shopping and so much more. Located 40 minutes from Charleston, the souths most charming city, and one hour from the airport you will feel removed from the world but never be too far from endless options to entertain.
Our local property management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking upon availability. Guests do not have access to resort pools.
Once you have booked with us you will receive an email with detailed instructions about property access, resources, and amenities. We will make every effort to ensure the highest level of communication, so you are able to seamlessly enjoy all this wonderful home and community offer!

Parking is limited by town-issued business license to 4 vehicles per day and applicable passes for this property will not exceed this #. We may limit these passes to overnight guests.
*Please note, pool can only be heated if outside temperatures are at 50 degrees or above. An additional $150 per day night X total nights (min. 4 nights) is charged for pool heating. 24 Notice prior to arrival day required.
* Strictly NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, AND NO PETS allowed. This home is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
