Beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo with a spectacular view, including a fully screened-in balcony, overlooking a pond w/fountain. Located in the beautiful Sandpiper Bay community, this 2nd floor condo features 1 queen size bed in the Master bedroom, 1 queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, and 2 twin size beds in the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a private, full bathroom and sliding door access to the screened porch. The living room and each bedroom have Smart TVs with YouTube TV for Live TV streaming, along with fast Wi-Fi Internet access for all of your entertainment and streaming needs. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your meal preparation needs, including a Keurig Duo, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, etc. We have a full-size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and a starter pack of detergent available. All bedroom and bathroom linens are supplied upon arrival. Linens included are sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera. The camera is located by the door facing out toward the entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion.

The swimming pool and hot tub are right across the parking lot, along with the tennis courts.

We have stayed in sandpiper bay for years and this was one of our favorite condos! The owners were easy to communicate with and very nice. The condo was clean and organized with all the essentials. The condo is right by the pool and the dumpster making it easy to walk to both.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! The location was perfect and we really fell in love with the whole area. The condo was clean, super cute and spacious, and very peaceful. This property is beautiful and located in such a great area. We were far enough to relax but close enough to everything to have a ton of fun. The pool was great, the beach is gorgeous! Lots of great places to eat and shop. Condo owners were great to rent from! The pictures of the place were great but the Condo is even more beautiful in person! Hope to stay here again in the future!

Excellent communication from beginning to end. The unit was clean, spacious and visibly well cared for. Nice amenities and no maintenance issues at all. Beautiful screened porch and view in a nice, safe neighborhood. Definitely an enjoyable stay!

The on-line photos do not do this condo accurate justice. It is exceptionally clean with beautiful decor. The booking and check in process were seamless. We enjoyed our extended weekend and are only sorry that we could not have stayed longer. We are looking forward to booking next year!

This was easily the best vacation I’ve ever had. The condo was gorgeous, and everything was just perfect. The owners thought of everything! It’s just a short drive to the beach, shopping and some amazing restaurants. It was our first time there, and we can’t to go back!

We loved this beautiful, spacious condo for our family meetup from Georgia, North Carolina and Michigan. This condo is well equipped, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. We had everything thing we needed. The swimming pool and tennis courts are conveniently across the parking lot from this unit. We took advantage of the pool, which was large and clean and has plenty of seating. If your group will be using all the beds, we strongly suggest you bring your own linens. The expectation is that guests will launder the linens and laundry used, but it was not physically possible to get all the linens and towels before checkout time. For beach and dining activities, we found our way to both Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle. Both are a short drive have great restaurants and beaches. We also recommend driving the short distance to Calabash to Gravy Southern Eatery for southern cooking and calabash style seafood. There is a Food Lion and other shops nearby for grocery needs. We also visited the nearby Ingram Planetarium.

this was the PERFECT place for our annual Sisters Weekend for me and both of my sisters. the youngest loved the patio and being able to sleep in a different bed for every sleep and nap. the kitchen was spacious, the rooms clean, and it wasn't too far from anything we wanted to do on our trip. Renting for a golf get away with friends was a very comfortable. The only issue was we went to use the pool/ hot tub and the hot tub was cold. The condo is in a great location near lots of golf. Very affordable, I would certainly rent again.

Loved our stay here! The host were very nice and helpful with any questions. The condo is beautiful and very relaxing. Loved the view from the balcony! The pool was close by and we all really enjoyed swimming. It was also an easy and short drive to the beach. My grandson really enjoyed his first fishing experience here even though he didn't catch a fish. Wonderful family memories were made!

This was a great place to stay. The hosts were very easy to work with and made the process of checking in and out easy. The condo is in very great shape and very relaxing. The surrounding property and amenities is very nice as well. The property is located nearby one of the pools which made it hassle free to get to. Unfortunately I didn’t make it on the golf course but it looked to be in great shape. I would choose this property again for another vacation.

This was the most wonderful & relaxing trip we have ever taken. The owners have thought of every detail & then added a few luxuries I didn't expect. My daughter and I will definitely be staying here again next summer!When you step in the door the condo is fresh, cool & sparkly clean. It's open & spacious, the pics are good but do not do it justice! The decor was gorgeous & very well thought out and the furniture is truly comfortable! The Wi-Fi was easy to connect, smart TVs great & USB ports in lamps made phone charging a breeze! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and bake daily, with plenty of silverware & utensils. Bathrooms were large & comfortable, with the most fabulous shower-heads I've ever used!Linens, towels & beach towels are provided. A couple day's supply of trash bags, paper towels, tp, paper plates, laundry supplies, soaps, air freshener, and more started the vacation perfectly. The owner's small touches allowed us to relax as soon as we dropped our bags.The view from the balcony, the pond & fountains, is so beautiful & peaceful. The pool is super-convenient & close. We spent several afternoons just reading and enjoying ourselves by the pool, which is lovely and very close. The beach is a quick drive away, maybe 7 minutes, and is always beautiful! Our favorite places to eat, other than at the condo, are located less than 10 minutes away in Calabash! Fresh caught fish of all varieties. We hit our favorite haunts this year, Seafood Hut, Gravy's & Tony's - all in Calabash & all are hidden gems!I have taken time to review rentals in the past, but never to this extent. I cannot truly explain how thoroughly we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Justin & Lisa! Your thoughtfulness allowed us to take some much needed time to rejuvenate & simply enjoy some stress-free time together! We would absolutely love to stay in your beautiful condo again!
