L’emplacement (beauté du lieu avec l’étang)
Chambre très confortables, modernes et bien équipées
Le bar limité en choix et impersonnel
Le personnel du restaurant et en particulier le maître d’hôtel très froids

The views we’re beautiful
Our room was dirty, the shower was broken so we had to engineer a make-do, the toiletries were below par and to top it off we had to buy water from the mini bar.
The reception staff seemed unbothered about our complaints.
For £150 for 1 night I was seriously unimpressed.

The service and staff were excellent. Room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the lake. Lovely situation, close enough to walk to town but in a quiet pretty location.
It would have been a nice touch if the private car parking had been free.

Location is amazing, the building is lovley and the staff friendly.
I was surprised by the price to quality ratio. Out of season, in Puigcerdad I would expect a lot more for a €230 room. It was small, the fittings are all a bit tired, and the 30€ breakfast was pretty pathetic. I've had better breakfast in hostels than that. I think its a €120 to €150 place, but not more

All hotels should be this good
All pretty good

The stay was satisfactory, to clarify I wasn't disappointed by any stretch of the imagination. The spa services are very nice and the masseuse was friendly and had good pressure which is hard for me to find personally. I loved that the bathroom had heated floors and a deep and long tub. I was also allowed an early check in which came in handy after a long travel day. I did not try the onsite breakfast. The room was very spacious and had a garden view. The hotel has an excellent location, everything is a 10-15 minute walk for the most part.
There was an incident with a staff member that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I was dressed down after a jog through the woods and asked about the pool bookings and they sharply asked if I was even a guest. Which took me by surprise, perhaps it was a cultural difference situation and they were only being direct. Everything and everyone else was pleasant.

The location and staff were very friendly.Sao was great
Parking was very expensive and thought that for the price breakfast could have been included.

it’s location
It seemed a little lived in!

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in nice location. Breakfast good. Good but rather expensive car parking in the underground car park.
Restaurant was not open on the night we stayed which was not apparent when we booked. Silicon sealant and tile grout in the bathroom needed renovation.

The hotel is charming, beautiful outside and inside. I love walking around in the surroundings, gorgeous park near by, charming little town.
I also enjoy using the spa facility (piscina, sauna, Turkish bath)
I haven’t tried the breakfast because I found it over priced.

Great location just off the main square but peaceful all the same.
No dining available during our stay which was problematic seeing as we arrived on a Sunday bank holiday and very little open on a Monday.

the restaurant served only a full two or three course meal in the evening. we only wanted a snack

the view was very nice, the hotel is nice
We were staying in the room with the view to the lake and it was very nice.
The hotel is very old and you can see it in every detail.
Our room had traces of a spiders web on the ceiling. The body cream was half full. So they left the bottle from previous guests. Now with COVID it is even more irritating.
It was extremely hot in the room. We had to sleep with the window wide open (imagine in December).
The room didn’t have kettle and tea, but they say you can go to hotel bar to ask for a hot water 24/7. When we were passing by at 23.00 the bar was closed. We asked if they are planning to lighten the fireplace and they said no because they don’t have paper to light it up.
In general the hotel gave us really good emotions. It is old and has its taste. If we are coming back? I don’t think so.

Lovely location, quite grand main building and lovely sitting room and separate dining area with great views of the mountains and lake.
The main accommodation annex is tired and dated and somewhat dingy. My bath had been re-siliconed by someone who should never have been given a silicone gun, the radiator (chrome) was rusty in the extreme and the architrave base looked like an inverted feather duster. Really didn’t like travelling all that way only to be told that the restaurant wasn’t open that evening, but helpfully it would be open after I left. Would have appreciated an email..
