POLARIS: Echoing Celeste’s comforts, Polaris offers hillside views, the eastern skyline, and the Los Angeles Observatory.

Hanging from the wall are historical pieces that offer a glimpse to our former owners, ranging from Los Angeles mayor Fletcher Bowrun (1938-1953) and the voice of Snow White (1937) Adrianna Casoletti.

The four bedrooms can fit up to eight guests. A baby cot (pack n play) is also available complimentary for use.

The property was perfect for a group and close access to the bowl. The place was large enough for our needs, and accommodated our yoga/singing bowls experience for our group. Views are spectacular. The kitchen could use some attention though. Faucet was very loose. Garbage bag was full when we arrived. Very little in way of kitchen supplies for anyone who likes to cook. The hot tub kept going off and we had to text the manager (who was very responsive and helpful) to get it turned on more than once a day. That was frustrating not to have ability to control the hottub. All that said, we would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in this historic Hollywood Heights home. Melissa the property manager was very helpful with all our questions. The home had all the little extras needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean, the beds we’re comfortable, and the house was very spacious.

We were a group of 4 adults and this property was perfect for our stay! The photos and listing are exactly as described, the view from the window is gorgeous and the home is peaceful and quiet. I appreciate they left snacks & water for our stay. Also had a night to enjoy the heated pool which did not disappoint :)

The house was amazing and Melissa made the visit very easy. A group of friends and family gathered to bring in the New Year. With stunning views of the landscape and skyline we saw the fireworks; enjoyed the weekend football games on the big screens, relaxed in the hot tub (too cool for the pool unfortunately). We were able to quickly get around to great places for shopping and dinners out, but also the kitchen was sufficiently supplied to allow us to cook and enjoy meals at the house. Melissa was extremely responsive for the entire visit. The only challenge to the weekend was the driveway, it's very steep, however if we took it slow we were able to manage; it should also be noted Ubers will tend not to drive up, so you'll need to walk down. Would definitely visit this house again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay - the home was very clean and in working order and was 100 accurate to the listing. The views were exceptional, the amenities as laid out, and what a surprise to read in the TV room that the house has a history (no, we won’t give away the details!) Melissa was professional, helpful and prompt in answering any questions before, at check-in, and during our stay. Two sides notes, however, we'd like to point out. Note one, beyond the clearly laid out driveway instructions up to the house, is the number of steps from the parking space up to the house. If you have any mobility issues or get winded climbing stairs, do ask Melissa to have the mobility stair lifts (they have them) checked and activated prior to your stay. And note two, there was a 'knocking noise' within the exterior wall of the bedroom directly above the dining room. We suspect it had to do with the heating/AC system and Melissa was going to have it checked out. It was loud enough the earplugs were needed. Beyond those two observations, we have no complaints on our most fun stay!

I can't express enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. I celebrated my 40th birthday weekend with my closest friends and this really ended up being the perfect property for it. Communication with the host was seamless. The house is beautiful, with epic views and enough space for our group to enjoy. The vibe and decor were really special - old time hollywood, but the house is perfectly updated with modern amenities. We used every inch of the house, the pool area, balconies, main room, den and outdoor dining area. My friends and I already want to book this home again for the next birthday weekend.
