Groot zwembad met rondom ligstoelen.
Prima restaurants.

Second time in this hotel. The pool is always the highlight of this hotel, large variety of breakfast with very polite gentlemen organising the good flow of the large number of breakfast customers. Generally clean, hard working cleaning staff, Smiling and always ready to help reception staff. After we checked out we were allowed to use the swimming pool and we were offered shower and fresh towels after that. Very handy when the check out is at 11.00 am, and your flight is late in the evening.
A bit intimidation at the pool bar forcing us to buy drinks during night shows.
The bathrooms need some updating.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and the pool area really was fab - our kids didn’t want to do anything else.
The sofa bed in our family room was not as comfortable as the other beds

This one has a resort feel to it—not something we necessarily were looking for but it was not bad. The garden room with its own entrance was wonderful: clean, modern, well-equipped. The beds were good. There is a bus stop near the resort, and the bus takes you to town—very convenient.
It was a bit too cold in the pool—my son didn’t want to swim in it.

Large room but a little old. Kitchenette with small fridge, which is handy. Good entertainment at night which is a surprise. Very good breakfast with a good selection, including fresh fruits which is welcoming for travellers.
Mattress is little old and sagged in the middle. Ground floor room has mosquitoes. A little dark outside room at night as some lights were not working. Having to pay for safe in room, which is usually free for most hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Wonderful service, delicious breakfasts (there is a really big choice in the buffet for sweet and salty breakfasts, including cakes, fresh fruits and vegetables. Everybody would find something for himself.) Close to the pools there is also a place where you can get a tasty souvlaki. Hotel provides many attractions (ping pong table, few pools and some evening activities- like dance show or karaoke). You will have a nice relax here.
The only two improvements which I would make is that the power plugs are not close to the bed. That was a bit uncomfortable to charge the phone on the table in the other side of the room- maybe that depends on the room. The other thing was that there is no toilet brush in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good, great coffee and loved the croissants. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment was great in the evenings.
The hotel is located next to a very busy main road. It doesn't make for a pleasant walk down to the restaurants and bars etc. You can hear the traffic from your room

- Very beautiful hotel area and garden
- Nice swimming pool area and pool bar
- Reasonable prices in the restaurant
- One nice worker, gentleman working in the hotel bar during evening
- Many rude hotel workers.
- I asked a room not next to elevator due to loud voices and got a response that this is noted but we got one next to it and sleeping was again difficult as in the first time when visiting this hotel.
- No pool towels available
- No tables available in the breakfast, had to wait a long time
- Uncomfy beds
- Mold smell in the bathroom

Lovely breakfast, spacious hotel, very friendly staff and clean hotel room, with lots of space. We wish there was a double bed for us but the two singles were perfect for our teenage children in the next door room. Lovely views and good location. V relaxing by pool and table tennis, crazy golf and tennis ( could do with new equipment) but all free.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Irini and Giannis. The traditional Greek restaurant by the pool was very efficient and welcoming, with Alexandros, Vangelis, Kathi serving delicious food, especially something for even fussy teenagers, and the seabream was delicious.
The pool area had lots of parts, with bridges and a bar next to pool so you could swim up for a drink. There is a children's pool area too, and aqua gym was fun.
a double bed would have been better for a couple and the shower was sometimes not working on 6th floor at peak times (cold or no power) Also the Greek dancing night could have happened on the Sunday or Monday to get us into the mood , it as great on Thursday night, everyone loved it. The pool table didn't work, shame as our teenagers love a game or two.

I liked that it is not far from the old town and other places. The stuff is amazing! they are very friendly, they love helping and making sure your stay is worth it!
I didn’t like that the hotel is a little old and all the beds, hairdryer are old. they should maintain the buildings a little better. I had to move rooms because of some sudden leak in the room.

The hotel had absolutely everything anyone would need. From comfortable matress, bath tub, hair dryer, free parking, breakfast to helpful personnel, strees free atmosphere. The room was very clean, had all amenities i could imagine.
The hotel is located 150 metres away from the beach. Road is comfortable, easy access to the beach, water is pure, beautiful beach.

Close to public bus ,beach and restaurants.

Friendly staff ,excellent service, nothing was too much trouble.
Evening entertainment was dated , even though they tried hard to please all age groups.

Beautiful resort style hotel with amazing facilities and fantastic views of the pool, ocean and greenery! Three amazing on-site restaurants to choose from for dinner as well.
Nothing we didn't like.. we loved it all!

We were in a family suite on the 6th (top) floor, with a nice view on the garden/pool and the sea in the horizon. The room was rather quiet, except for the lift we could hear.
The pool is huge and perfect for the kids. It is usually crowded from 10AM to 4PM, after which it clears up. That was good for us as we preferred avoiding the hottest hours anyway.
Location is very good: at walking distance from the Ixia beach, and very close to Rhodes city. The airport is far enough that the planes won't be a nuisance, but close enough to reach in 15-20 minutes by car.
Oh and they have a "Souvlaki island" which all of us liked for snacks :-).
They have daily shows, some better than others. One we liked a lot was traditional sirtaki music and dance. The team of 4 was obviously very experienced. They also invited the audience to join two simpler dances, in typical Greek fashion (holding each other in a big circle or spiral, by the hand or shoulders). Fun!
The price was a bit high for what we got in my opinion.
The staff was functional but very cold. No smile, no greeting.
Our room was never cleaned in 3 days, but it was our choice as we didn't clearly put the sign on the door. But in my opinion, no sign "Do not disturb" means "please clean" implicitly.
The breakfast was just OK, and the Greek restaurant as well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout - from the receptionists, waiters, bar staff and cleaners - all welcoming, smiley and helpful.
The main pool is saltwater and absolutely lovely. They restrict people reserving loungers with towels - which is great! - and means you could mostly get a bed around the pool.
The pool bar was very nice - played music most of the day - but not overly loud - so even for me (who hates music and party games around a pool) it was fine. The area is quite large too - so you can escape to a quieter end of the pool if required.
Breakfast was ok - kind of industrial buffet selsctions you get at hotels. Pleasant enough though
The on-site restaurants serve great food
The facilites are a little 'basic' in terms of crazy golf and tennis - plus the 'basketball' is just an arcade machine :(
The evening entertainment was varied (in content and quality!) - but overall mostly enjoyable and not too long or obnoxius.
The surrounding area is ok - the beach is pebbly - and this is the windy side of the island. So, at the pool, it was nice to get an occasional breeze. At the beach - the first few days we were there it was quite choppy - however after a few days that settled down and the sea was quite calm.
The local restaurants and shops are ok - there;s a couple of very nice ones and others which are standard (one shows the football)
You can walk into slightly busier areas within about 15mins - which have ore variety
The hotel is set back from the main road - thankfully - as it's a busy road. Therefore it's very quiet
It was a lovely place for us to chill out with the kids in total safety and very pleasant surroundings - definitely would recommend as a family hotel (quite a few familes from various countries - and no stag or hen parties!)
Would like a few more onsite activities (e.g a basketball court or gym) - but otherwise can't really fault it.
4.5
The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing - a huge garden with beautiful flowers and fountains, playground and large pool which make the stay very comfortable. It was ideal that the kids could swim in the pool right next to the apartment, and multiple restaurants were also available on the spot. The staff were very nice and child-friendly, too. Parking the rental car behind the building was also smooth. We also enjoyed the programs in the evening.
Although the breakfast was quite manifold, it was always the same, and did not really comply with stricter dietary plans (too much pastries and not many vegetables available).
4.5
Fab stay. Lovely large, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Great pool area.
Breakfast wasn’t a highlight.
4.0
Great breakfast selection
Reasonable entertainment, DJ was a bit of a bust. Karaoke was a blast.
Food on site was good, service was a little slow, just a lack of staff.
Pools excellent.
Area constantly being cleaned.
Have to rent a safe key.
No towels provided in pool area, had to buy our own, maybe a better idea, keeps down the excessive washing of towels.
3.0
The room was large, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and contained everything you would expect from a standard hotel room. The night receptionist who welcomed us when we arrived was extremely friendly and welcoming. The other staff were also friendly. Taxis were easy to order and arrived promptly. The pool and pool bar area was nice. The hotel didn't seem overly crowded or busy.
The hotel was built in the 1970s and is now a bit dated. The rooms were not serviced unless you specifically requested by hanging the sign on your door. We discovered even the toilet paper bins were not emptied daily unless you requested. The hotel restaurant is fairly standard, nothing special. We went for dinner with the men in our party wearing tailored shorts, t-shirts, open shirts and espadrills but were told we could not be served wearing shorts. The restaurant was empty, with us being the only guests. We moved outside to the other side of a glass wall, 1 metre from where we were before, and we could order. The next evening we went to a much classier restaurant in town wearing the same thing and were served without any issues. At the end of our stay, we were waiting in reception for our taxi which was due in 5 minutes, but were told that suitcases were not allowed in the lobby, so were forced to stand outside in the 36C heat.
