Excellent location. A very close walk to the beach! Loved the nature surrounding the cottages. Loved the outside shower & wagons to move luggage from car to room. Loved the kitchenette & that we could use a small grill in the parking lot to cook on.
We only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 night stay & no room service was offered. We took out our own trash. When we asked for more towels & coffee, we received them. But it would have been nice to have had the room swept & a new bath mat....

It was so quaint and was the perfect location to walk to the beach.
The pull out sofa was a little uncomfortable

The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for my husband and I . We absolutely loved how cute the place was. The plants, flowers, unique decor in the planters. It was absolutely gorgeous. We will most definitely be back !
I don’t have anything to say negative . Keep going ! Youre kicking butt !

Location, private, able to cook our meals there. Hot water in shower was great!
Musty smell, wet clothes and bedding.

Cute cottages, close to beach, safe and quiet, roomy place. Wagons to haul goods in and out very helpful.
Sponge half and dish soap would be appreciated. Consider sheer window coverings for privacy and sunlight.

I liked everything about this place! The people who worked there were caring and very friendly. I felt like a guest in their home. The pictures actually didn't do it justice! The rooms were as roomy as the pictures indicated. They were very well appointed. I have to cook for my husband for health reasons and the kitchenette was very nice. For once a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator; not just an under the counter one. I can't say enough good things about this place.
It could have been a little better lit. We have old eyes and need more light to read and such.

Other than heat issues below, all was wonderful. We love staying here as it’s close to the beach, quiet, and beautiful. The gardens and walkways are lovely.
Our AC/ mini split needed some repairs and perhaps a note explaining that it’s heat function didn’t work because we really froze till we figured that out the hard way overnight.

We really liked the way we had our own little house, and it was cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed inside.
We really didn’t dislike anything. The parking was a bit tight but didn’t cause any problems for us.

Good location good size room
No working toilet in our room and zero customer service no one on site to help with anything. Don’t bother calling after hours number because they won’t call you back or come parking lot is also bad very small over crowded

I loved the private cottages, location very close to the beach and restaurants, and the great value. Also loved the allowance of pets and the available poop bags and potty areas close by. Cottage was very clean and was supplied with three basics in three kitchen and bathroom.
Limited parking but we did okay!

The cottages were very clean and spacious. They are half a mile to the beach, and there are about 5 restaurants walking distance. We didn't hear all the noise you usually hear at a hotel. We definitely will rebook. Plus, the prices were better than the others in that area. I definitely recommend it.

I love this place. So different from the big hotels. My cottage was clean and well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful with any needs or questions. I'm going back and would recommend highly
Parking was tight.

The cabin and location were beautiful. The landscape matched that same feel. The inside was convenient and added to the simplicity of the trip.
The bed was hard. The pillows were poor quality. The pull out bed was worn, and the mattress cover was dirty. There was no comfortable night sleep. This is the only complaint I have. Everything else about this place was wonderful.

Staff friendly. Allowed early checkin.Great location.
At first the room did not smell like smoke but as the cleaning supplies wore off you could smell it. My bags and clothes smelled like it. Great job at cleaning but the smoke smell was too much.

Location
Kitchenette
Decent size studio
Shower outside to wash out the sand
My only cons is the bed. Mattress sagging in the middle and squeaky spring box.
Also, it would be nice to have a broom in the cottage and sponge to wash a dishes.

Quiet, cool, spacious
Spoiled....prefer king beds. Had a few ants around front door.... noticed on final night of 3nite stay

We interacted with several staff at Sea Cottages during our stay including the owner, all were friendly, professional and very helpful in pointing out restaurants, places of interest etc. The location in terms of proximity to the beach and other activities was fantastic. Our cottage was very clean, the air conditioning worked very well which was important because it was very hot and it was a quiet and peaceful setting. Carts were provided which was a big help with luggage. When we return to Amelia Island we will certainly stay at Sea Cottages.
We had minor difficulties with the wi fi hookup to the TV, but because we didn't go to the beach to watch TV it was not much of an issue for us.

Quiet, secluded, but just steps from the beach.
Kitchen could have been stocked a little better. Mosquito repellent is a necessity but worth it for the tranquility

Sea cottages are in a convenient location one block from Seaside Park Beach. Our studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. There are wagons which are great for moving in your bags. Egan's Creek Greenway is across the street. You can go for a long walk and see quite a bit of wildlife. V Pizza nearby was very good. Timoti's
Seafood Shack downtown is also excellent.
There was a slight damp smell but air conditioning helped remove it.

beautiful and clean. the boardwalk and the cottages nestled amongst the trees made it feel like you were staying in a tree house.
the bed was hard and the tv selection was poor, there were only streaming options along with LG or Pluto channels. there were no local channels. for those of us that do not watch streaming services, the tv viewing options were very limited and we could not watch our shows.

The room was clean and comfortable and contained a full-size refrigerator, convection/microwave oven, hotplate, coffeemaker, dishes, glassware and dinnerware. Each unit had a porch area with a seating area. The cottage are within walking distance of the beach and located close to restaurants, shops, state parks and other attractions
Units are close in proximity so neighbors should be respectful of other guests.
