Nice, clean and spacious rooms, big bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub. Few mins walk to train station. Airport limousine stop in front of hotel. Three train station away from to express bus terminal for travel outside Seoul. Lots of seats at Lobby. Good service at check-in and check-out. Hotel is much nicer compared to most hotels I stayed at in previous trips to Seoul. Don't know why it is not rated higher compared to other hotels. Good value.
Bathtub area has clear glass, but you can close the door to room if it bother you

This was a very unpleasant stay.
We were cheated, misinformed, disrespected, embarrassed and our booking was dishonoured. We booked and paid for a room with executive lounge access. We were supposed to get a private check in. The check-in took place at the reception. Reception staff informed us that the executive lounge was not open and that we could use the cafe in the lobby. Reception staff also told us that the executive lounge would be open the next day; it wasn't. The cafe in the lobby is open to all guests. Initially the lobby cafe staff stated we could only have drinks, tea, coffee, etc. When we complained, as snacks are supposed to be available in the executive lounge, we were brought two slices of chocolate cake - no choice was provided. After further discussion, we were informed we could use the premier lounge on the 10th floor during our stay. This is a much inferior lounge to the executive lounge. It was self-service and merely offered very limited non alcoholic drinks and 3 types of biscuits. Upon trying to enter the premier lounge on the second day two male staff refused entry. They would not accept that we had been told we could use the premier lounge. The two male staff stated we had to use the cafe on the first floor. It was an embarrassing and humiliating experience.

The hotel seems to be undergoing renovation; it's in a good location relatively near shops and restaurants. The room is large and has a big bathroom. The gym was fantastic and had tons of equipment.
I was confused and surprised by several things. First, the hotel front desk staff do not seem to speak other languages and are not very helpful. I would think that a 5* hotel would ensure that their front desk staff is properly trained. Second, and this is big - the room was dirty. There were long hairs on the carpet, pieces of other peoples' nails and skin - like it had not been properly vacuumed in weeks. This was disgusting. Maybe they could spend less on the gaudy antique furniture and more on cleaning the rooms properly.

Everything is very nice. Nice building nice room
Unprofessional and rude front desk staff and manager. I use gym and use sauna, people not inform me it’s not free of charge. They are charging sauna, when I am checking out they just charge me. Anything they are charging they need to get signed. 2 day they charge first day I use and last day just enter after gym one gay came and say there is charge I said ok understand not use and left. Any way they charge for that also. And try to explain front desk lady she is saying you are lying and front desk manager came same not listening. Such 5 star hotel staff can’t speak with guest that way.

The room was enjoyable and the buffet was unique.
~I wasn't able to change the heating so I asked for an extra blanket.
~The tub is small for two people and drained too frequently. Since the floor was flat, water fell out of the tub easily. We had to call for and use extra towels to dry out the floor.
~The mini-bar had no champagne even though it was on the list.
~There was no room service menu for dining in the room so we had to go out in the cold at night to find a place to have dinner since we did not want to go to the restaurants downstairs. We planned to have dinner in the room but this was not possible in a five star hotel which was confusing.

Excellent hotel in Seoul. The breakfast buffet is perfect. I will stay here again.
