This was an amazing property! It was clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, plenty of linens, blankets, and paper products, and fabulous views!

Spacious and plenty of room for 3 couples

The townhouse was very nice and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us.
The only negative is the neighbor parking in our spot in front of the garage, which we could not use the first night. We were only able to reclaim the spot after he left his residence the next day.

If you’re thinking about this area don’t hesitate to stay at this property. Very clean with everything you need.

Liked that condo was an end unit. Had a pretty view. It was nice having the game/paper/craft cabinet. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and recommend it. It is located in an up-scale golf club community beside the Rio Grande River. It was very nice and cool and I enjoyed walking beside the river near sundown. There was no air conditioning so it was warmish going to bed but cold about 2 - 3 o'clock in the morning. There are few nearby restaurants and one must travel some ways to find things to do. Nevertheless, it was a great place and great vacation.

Great location in South Fork, on the Rio Grande River.

Place was exactly as represented and extremely clean. Nice living area and table that was perfect for evening dominoes and drinks. Back patio area was nice to sit out after skiing and reflect on the day. The heat pump in the house is pretty loud...but there's not much that can be done about that. Wasn't an issue, but was always there. Guess we should be glad it worked...lol Roads in were icy in a couple of places, but looked like they were maintained for winter. If you don't have a 4 wheel drive, you're still probably ok. The only part that might be an issue is the driveway if they get a really bad storm. I would definitely stay here again. Great place!

Good sized house and layout for a large family.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots to make meals. Also appreciated that housekeeping left us with a significant amount of dish soap/ laundry detergent/ garbage bags to get by for the week!

We used this as our hope me base for skiing at Wolf Creeke. Near enough to town for amenities but house was nicely stocked so ate in often. Huge family area perfect for our 4. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very nice. We didn’t end up bringing our dogs but if we had, patio would of been great for potty breaks. Everything we great, would stay again!

Well equipped with a few kinks
This was the most well equipped home I have ever stayed in. Everything we needed & then some. Plenty of dishes, slow cooker, spices, hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc. on hand in case we forgot something. Very spacious. Great views & location. We would love to stay in this home again, but I'm not sure I would. It appeared to be clean on all hard surfaces, except for the dog hair which I will address below.
We did run into a few kinks. When we arrived at check in, there were strangers in the house who said they were staying there. Couldn't really tell me how they got in or prove it. I had to stand in the FREEZING cold on the phone with my whole group displaced (after driving for 2 days) trying to get it worked out. I found out later that housekeeping had let them in. Very scary. I asked for some cash back & Vacasa did say they would send a small amount back. I'm not sure if it processed yet or not. They offered to send housekeeping back, but as far as I could tell nothing had been dirtied up. & they'd done enough already by letting 2+ strange men in the house I entered alone.
Second, the coffee pot did not brew. We waited & waited for it to start, but nothing. Finally, we borrowed a pot from another home in our vacation party who was chilling at our house til theirs was ready hours late. We replaced the broken pot with our own money that night bc we didn't want to be bothered again with having to call & wait on someone else's communication.
Third, there was dog hair everywhere. My wardrobe is black. I know this is a pet friendly rental, but I have stayed at pet rentals before & there has never been dog hair IN MY BED. It was in the master bed & got all over my pajamas. When I took clean clothes out of the dresser drawers, the clothes came out with dog hair all over them. My daughter laid on the living room rug & came up covered in dog hair. We dropped a hat or glove or sock on the carpet...dog hair. Not cool. I've stayed in pet friendly home that you couldn't tell. That was not the case here. We didn't bring a dog or dog hair with us. The dog hair from many different kinds of dogs was present upon our arrival. Again, we didn't call. They had their chance to be diligent about this many, many times before we arrived & did not. Based on the amount & different types of dog hair, dog hair removal does not appear to be a top priority. I just dealt with it & tried to forget. It obviously didn't work. My friend in another house had to change her sheets the first night bc they could see it. At least most what I had was light colored...I guess...if that's an advantage to only see it after it's all over you & your stuff.
