Welcome to "Holiday Island" in beautiful Tierra Verde. This waterfront condo features a private balcony nestled next to the mangroves and shoreline with amazing direct water views of Tampa Bay. Enjoy watching dolphins, pelicans, cranes, and fish from this top-floor end unit.

The resort-like complex is quiet, and relaxing, and features a large waterfront heated pool and Jacuzzi, as well as an observation pier with gas barbecue grills and picnic tables. Amenities include two lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, a laundry facility, clubhouse with a pool table.

This fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath 2nd-floor (stair walk-up) unit is beautiful and includes ceramic tile flooring throughout, a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There are also two televisions, patio furniture, linens, cutlery, small appliances, and cookware. WiFi, cable, and parking are included.

You are minutes from Fort Desoto park with its expansive and pristine beaches. Dedicated biking and jogging trails out to Fort Desoto are right at the community entrance. There are endless opportunities to take in the island’s unspoiled beauty including birding, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing expeditions.

Walkable to French, European Continental, Italian, pizza, and deli, as well as several waterfront restaurants that feature fresh local seafood and live music. Looking for more nightlife or museums? You are a short drive to downtown St. Petersburgh, Gulfport, Pass a Grill, or St. Pete Beach.

Nice condo with great view. My only issue was brightness of an exterior light outside the unit that shone into the second bedroom making it quite bright inside the room even at 3 am. Blinds or a darker curtain would be better.

Had a great stay, and will look for this property again. Quiet location, nice peaceful view of the bay, close to all the stuff on Tierra Verde and Ft DeSoto, and a very quick drive over to Pass-a-Grille and St Pete Beach.

This condo was the perfect size for us, very clean and well appointed. It was in a great location and centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see during our vacation. The host was very easy to work with, checked on us during our stay and communicated extremely well.

Perfect rental for our needs. Immaculate. We loved sitting out every morning and enjoying that incredibly peaceful view with breakfast (thank you for that sun umbrella!). If I had to give one "criticism" it's that the kitchen was so well-stocked, that there was no room available in the cabinets for food, like cereal boxes, snacks, etc.

This is a great little condo in a non touristy area. Great location on the bay, we saw dolphin and manatee from the balcony. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was easy and we even decided to stay an extra night at the last minute which Carrie accomodated without issue.

I was very surprised that the listing did not mention 3 flights of stairs and the laundry was also up a flight of stairs in another building. We both have hip and knee problems so staying at this property was difficult. I feel the stairs should be mentioned in listing. The Sandy Beach property management were great. And knee problems

The property was clean inside and out and very comfortable. I wasn’t sure how location would be, but it was extremely convenient to all of the beautiful beaches. The condo sits right on the bay where we saw dolphins in the morning. The pool was clean and quiet and my elementary age children enjoyed it very much. Overall, it was a perfect experience for our family.

I found this location by accident but it was a home run. Close to Ft Desoto beaches, easy to access. The property was in great shape. I had a late check-in, Friday Night, after business hours on a holiday weekend... I had a small issue accessing the room, the after-hours team responded immediately and had it resolved in a few minutes.

Very nice condo with lovely view of the bay and sunrises. Condo felt well-cared for, was very clean with fresh crisp linens and comfy beds. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they too appeared well-maintained.

Great spot with nice views of the water. Kids had fun at the pool. Only 2 minor complaints would be the off-site coin operated laundry and our tile floors could have used a good mopping. But other than that it was great. Will be back!

What a great location - Tierra Verde is a hidden gem w/ access to everything wonderful in this area! Fort Desoto & access to the local remote islands, St. Pete beach & Tampa (for the football game). We couldn’t be happier or have been more comfortable staying @ Holiday Island.

We had a great time at this property. The home was roomy and well supplied with the basics, including soap and beach towels. The view out the back was really pretty and the balcony was a nice spot to get fresh air and read. This area had a few restaurants close but was definitely in the quieter part of the st. Pete area. Fort desoto is just a few minutes away. Great beaches and easy parking there. The pool was a nice place to cool off or tan and was rarely very busy when we visited. We had a great experience there! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! It was comfortable, very clean and well appointed! The kitchen was equipped to cook full meals! Dishes, pots, pans and utensils good quality! The owners obviously put a lot of thought into the needs of their guest! Spacious balcony to enjoy beautiful view of the bay and mangroves! We do plan to rent this unit again in near future!

I was a little hesitant of renting this property because it didn't have a lot of reviews and appeared to be a new listing - But I am glad that I did!It was a perfect little 2BR 2Bath condo with a balcony that I spent a lot of time on! We really enjoyed our stay there and if we go back to that area, we would rent again. Very close to Fort DeSoto park, and we walked the beach, watched the dolphins from the 2 piers and checked out the history of the Fort. Island Grille was a great restaurant - the staff and food were both amazing. The pool on the property was clean and we spent a lot of time there too! We saw manatee from the balcony as well as many different species of birds.I would suggest that the owners stock the closet with beach supplies (chairs, towels, toys,etc.) and a set of binoculars would really compliment the balcony! We really enjoyed our stay in Terra Verde, only 10 minutes from St. Pete beach! The condo was clean and quiet. It had nice decor and furnishings too. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and saw dolphins and manatees. It is a great place for a family of 4; each of our kids had their own bed in the shared bedroom and they liked the pool. Our only suggestion is for the owner to provide beach towels. (Beach toys/chairs would also be nice. We bought and left a few beach toys so we hope they are there for others to enjoy.) Thanks for the lovely place to stay and make memories!

Best vacation ever

Best vacation ever

This place was absolutely amazing! The owners thought of everything that you'd need. Extremely clean, quiet and the view is amazing. Enjoy the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony. At night enjoy some drinks by the dock and watch Mother Nature at its finest! We will absolutely stay at this place again.
