Dela de rose guest house a place to feel like home

I loved everything about dela de rose Guet house , its definitely a 10/10

I have no dislike about dela de rose guest house it's the best, food was a 10/10, bed and room comfortable, the pool was clean and whole place was clean 10/10, the staffs was friendly and very professional, they had a drive to bring you where you wonna go if you don't have your own vehicle , its a very nice place I will definitely recommend this place to everyone to have a great time that you won't regret

Okej men inte mer, mygg och tråkigt läge

Stort rum. Välstädat. Pyttelitet kylskåp som tyvärr lät lite men ok. Amerikansk frukost anges men det fick vi inte, vi påpekade och då ordnades det till nästa morgon. Mycket bra ac. Personalen var vänlig och då boendet nästan var öde trots högsäsong fick vi snabbt service. Enormt stora sängar och riktigt bekväma. Klipporna ut mot havet en bit bort var uppskattat men är vid en restaurang som tillhör annat hotell. Där var vi från morgon till kväll vilket räddade upp vistelsen något.

Massor med mygg i badrummet. Vi fick nya bett hela tiden. Personalen sprayade medel som gav min dotter lite astmasymtom. Poolen såg smutsig ut och ingen utedusch direkt i anslutning utan en trappa ned inne i byggnad. Någon pooltid blev det inte som planerat :( Vi gick till Xtabi mitt emot och badade från klippor och åt mat. Ägaren lovade skjuts till nästa boende gratis. Generöst! Sedan ringde hon kusin och ville ha betalt. Slutade med att hon bjöd efter lite diskussion då vi väntat LÄNGE och vi betalade också kusinen en slant. Vi betalade kontant för boendet men fick ej kvitto. 3 veckor efter hemkomst får vi besked att vi aldrig checkat in!! Flera foton sänds till booking som ordnar upp det hela. Trist ställe och jag rekommenderar att bo längs Negril beach. Se till att få kvitto så du inte riskerar betala för utebliven incheckning. Obs! Bokningen går igenom när du klickar till sista sidan för att välja betalning, det gör det inte på andra hotell så VARNING så du inte bokar av misstag som vi gjorde. Vi valde ändå att bo här då det endast var två nätter.

Spacious room, hospitality, room was sparkling clean,Bed was comfortable to sleep on . Owner was awesome. Very nice person to have a conversation with and the staff was amazing too.

Amazing, the food, the bed, the pool was beyond our expectations. We loved everything and can't wait

First I must say Rose the host was so amazing. We went to celebrate our anniversary and they made dinner for us even though they only do breakfast. Rose set the table light candles and all these nice things for us. It felt like I was at home. The bed was so comfortable my husband didn't even snore and he's a sound sleeper. The bathroom was so clean and beautiful. The pool was so warm and inviting didn't want to leave. If you want comfort and relaxation, Dela de Rose is the place. This will definitely be our vacation spot.

The wifi fluctuate a lot but I think that's a Flow issue.

We had a small room #1. The entire experience was very bad. It is very noisy: you can hear every single sound both inside and outside, as the apartments are located close to the road. No hot water, just warm and it takes a while to get it. In many cases, the water pressure is so low that you cannot have a shower at all. We have lived there for 5 days and experienced no cleaning at all.
